The location was very central for our purpose. Nice waterfront view which was a bonus. Staff were very nice and pleasant. Bed was comfy. One thing to note was that one staff in particular, Haren was very professional, polite, and well dressed. You could tell he took pride and went the extra step. But again, all very pleasant in our expereience.

Well... responsiveness at times. IE requested Coffee Pods in the afternoon for the next morning on a two night stay. No one came, had to call the next morning. Very responsive for the 2nd call. Shouldn't have to call a 2nd time. There was an incident where there was no cold water. Advised reception, Eventually it was resolved but would have been nice to notified of the resolution as opposed to stumbling upon it being restored. Not a biggie but goes to communication.

Great setting and river view of Detroit. Good breakfast with great service. Convenient parking behind hotel.

My remote wouldn't work. After checking and replacing batteries correctly, still no change. I went into hallway, where I'd seen a couple employees working and asked one, who was cleaning adjacent room for help. He said, give me 10 minutes. Never showed. Went out again and caught another employee who took the remote and said she'd return with another. Never showed. Called front desk who said they'd have one delivered. Never showed. An hour later, front desk called and asked if I needed a remote. Had the remote in 5 mins and worked perfectly. Bad evening for the staff.

Location and our room with river viewing was excellent Our room was extremely clean and quiet Elevator was very fast on and getting off we hardly waited lengthy time Staff was great, also front desk fixed a problem fast with our cardkeys

Accessing to and from parking garage, walking through a hallway from a shared building was awkward and far from hotel elevator entrance. Elevator activation by key card was inconsistent to work

A lucky mistake made me book the Hotel, as we wanted to visit a Detroit Lions Game and connected it with a weekend adventure. But even if the Hotel is only 1.4 miles away from Ford Field, it's in a different city and even a different Country. So bring your passport when you make the same “mistake” as me. The hotel is directly at the Detroit River and a beautiful promenade, has a connected Parking Garage for nice parking and a wonderful view for the Detroit Skyline. Everything is super fresh and clean - I assume it's just shortly renovated or new. The very nice service got us not only the warm cookies but also a room on the 16th floor with Waterview and this view was amazing. The bed is comfortable, the pillows amazing and the whole room was very clean. The bathroom has a spacey shower, maybe some illogical errors regarding doors and entrance placement but it worked out. Highlight of the Hotel for us was the well equipped Gym and the pool with a large window front to the Skyline and River which is amazing. The shower in the changing room should be repaired - but that's a minor inconvenience. The breakfast buffet was shared with the Best Western Hotel next door and had the best amazing service I ever had at a breakfast buffet. So nice, caring and up to every

The quality of the breakfast food was sub-par. But the service was very nice. The shower in the gym/pool changing room needs an update.

The location was absolutely beautiful. Loved it and already wish I was back. Location and views from the room and value compared to the room I went to the next night in Niagara Falls was excellent.

Can’t complain at all really. I inspect cabins for my job before guest arrive so I have an eye for issues and only issue I could find in the beautiful room is a single missed black hair in bath. Not a big deal at all though.

We really like the location and the room they provided for us had an exceptional view of the river.We can opened our curtains and the magnificent lights of the Detroit side reflects the water.We are able to do our walking exercises anytime we want to outside the hotel.They had also a delicious menu as well as their wine.The swimming pool also is great as well as the 24 hour fitness.Staffs are helpful.Parking is very convenient as well.

The entire experience was phenomenal. One of my favourite Hilton hotels in Canada and I will be staying here again for the years to come. I loved the breakfast, very good value and great food. Loved the customer service and the atmosphere and interior design of the hotel. 10/10!

That my stay wasn't long enough :)

It was very clean and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly too!

There were no change tables in the bathrooms near the restaurant or in the lobby. The only one I found was in the washroom beside the pool. After breakfast, when we were going to leave I had to go all the way back to my room first to change my daughter.

Liked my whole experience with staff and buffet but except I had no view for my river view. So i wasnt to happy about that. Main reason I even got the room.

Paid for river view to be placed on forth floor got to look at the pool roof instead of river view and the lights from the roof shine rightindit unit and curtains don't block the sun pr block sound ...

The location was great, room had a view of the river and the the staff was great.

Would have liked to have a microwave in the room, (there is one in the lobby ) but if traveling with children/Special Needs individuals or Elderly a bit inconvenient. Also a bit overpriced, paid about $276.00 CAD $17 parking included for one night.
