Caesars Windsor Hotel and Casino

I love the rooms and the amenities and the amount of things to do. The rooms were clean and nice front desk was friendly and welcoming there is a lot to do. I went to see Diana Ross in concert and I enjoyed the concert very very much Diana Ross really turned up the fun everyone had an excellent time because of Diana Ross she made everyone in the room feel special no one wanted Diana Ross to leave the stage so when the concert was over people tried to continue to party and everybody dispersed into the casino and Vu Bar and the restaurants and the night club. There was a live band and the live band was jamming. Had a great time hope to return especially if Diana Ross will be there in concert.

People were nice especially front desk but in some of the other areas like the Vu Bar they were just ok nothing really special about the way I was treated in fact I wasn’t sure if some of them were mad. I cannot complain about the way I was treated at the bar and the hamburger place but I did not feel particularly special.

Beautiful, classy,. Our room had a river view which was nice and particularly cool since there was a big storm that rolled through with wind, rain and lightning. We felt safe inside but could still enjoy Mother Nature’s fireworks. We ate dinner at Spago’s. Best meal I’ve had in forever . Our server was absolutely the best and made my granddaughters 19 th birthday really a special treat. ( our server is pictured below even though there is no spot for him in the photo space)

The entrance and valet parking were not well marked and for a nice casino the entrance was really lackluster. We drove around in circles a couple times before finding it.

The place is fine, the hotel is in great condition and the casino is nice.

They came up with the most stupid way to make more money from guests, no check-in before 3:00 pm, if you like a room earlier they ask for 40.00$, so rooms are available but they don't give them, so they accumulate descents of guests in the lobby, then 3:00 pm all of this people form a line to check in, so it's take another 1-2 hours to get everyone rooms, so we came from Burlington, Get there at 12:30 pm and wait for 3:00 pm, all that we like is to take a shower and play, so never again, it was a stupid decision, never again.

Nice hotel and facilities

There was misunderstanding with my reservation guest name. As booking. Com used my email name which is different from my IDs. I don't know why you use my email as guest name No I fixed it after one hour the front desk force me to call you and fix my name or they won't let me Chek in Staff was rude the supervisor Jessica and other lady call Lisa They talked to us very rude no customer service manner And as I was making my call they were laughing at the back what mean manner Seems the hotel should change their way because everyone came to front desk has an issue and waste our time waiting

On our way to Niagara Falls we decided to take a break in Windsor. Given the price for the one night stay, this was by far the best money to value relation we had during this trip. Even Valet parking only 10 USD/CA, compared to 90 USD in Chicago :-). Room was pretty good, including bathroom and air conditioning.

Pretty disappointing that there is only one restaurant in the hotel (out of 5) where our 14y old son could have dinner. Given the amount of people and noise in the restaurant, we decided to go out and found a very good italian restaurant in walking distance. One of the best restaurants during our trip. Even worse: Although there a 5 options for Breakfast in the hotel, our son (14y) was allowed to any of those, given they were all inside with now other access then through the casino. So we went out again to an average breakfast place in walking distance.

All the pools in another building and minors can’t walk thru casino so family couldn’t go to pool!

The staff was extremely friendly and took care of all my questions and needs. Comfy room and bed. Great view. I will be returning to stay at this hotel in the future. Please get room service and better toilet paper! 1 ply isn't going to cut it :)

No room service at the end of a long day was disappointing. No reason not to offer this service to your guests. Also did not like the 1 ply toilet paper. I expected casers to do better as the hotel itself is very nice and more upscale then most in the area. I also had trouble finding out where to park. Better signage would be helpful.

The room was very clean and the bed was big and comfy. The restaurants on site were fantastic. Especially Nero's Steakhouse and Johnny Rockets. The casino was a lot of fun and the pool was very nice. Valet parking was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The website needs to be updated. They advertised 24 hr room service, but there was none. We were not able to have any food or snacks delivered to our room at anytime. The room was expensive but was booked last minute so...

My room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The food at the restaurant was great, and the staff was amazing. I used valet parking and it was worth every penny, super quick and friendly. I came for a concert, and went down early but there wasn't any wait to get in. Even during intermission, the lines for bathrooms and drinks moved very quickly. There was a local band playing at the hotel bar after the concert and they were great. I will definitely stay here and see shows here again! The pool was also great, as were the sauna and whirlpool. Not busy and lots of room in the pool.

I wish there was a microwave in the room. I have some food sensitivities, so brought my own breakfast food, but forgot to check about the microwave. Hoping they also get room service back at some point.

the hotel itself was very nice. the rooms were very comfortable & clean. pool, sauna & whirlpool were also really nice & enjoyable.

the layout of the hotel, restaurants & casino was really difficult. a lot of walking! a lot of showing identification over & over again! the restaurants & bars were under staffed & over crowded. couldn’t even get a seat anywhere but a slot machine. the male servers at spago were very weird, like they were soliciting us. will not go back!
