Breakfast option and small convenience center to purchase items. The pool was very welcomed to utilize.

Outside front doors snow removal could’ve been but better, for wheeled luggage’s to pull through was unpleasant on check in and having to walk through slushy melting snow. Having to ask for daily housekeeping.. I feel it should be automatically provided

Breakfast area was very nice and the food was good. Lots of choice.

When we first arrived to our room, someone knocked and didn't give us time to answer. The door opened, it was a couple of maintenance men. A bit of an uncomfortable surprise. They apologized quickly and left.

Breakfast was wonderful. Pool was great.

Parking spots were quite small, since there were alot of big crew trucks parking there. I felt very tight. I stayed 4 nights, and the housekeeping staff didnt visit my room once to replace towels or empty my garbage's.

The room is big and really good for family especially with kids. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

everything is great, just a little disappointed with the pool, we thought the fountain was working so my toddler will play but other than that, all good.

We pulled into the Canalta at about 1 am. Front desk was so accommodating 24 hour service at its finest. We didn’t have time to stay for breakfast but it smelled delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel. For a quick stay or to take the whole family for a weekend I did see a good sized pool as well . Thank you Canalta

No issues with parking , convenient doors for smokers as well as out containers for your butts all over. Clean as clean can be. Easy to find as far as location and right down the road from a Tim Hortons every Canadians happy coffee spot . Thumbs up

The food and stay were great

I booked it was 134.99 I was charged 153.98... I was told I was upgraded with no extra charge.. I guess I'll try the place down the road next time

Clean room easy to get there lots of parking .no noise.very relaxed atmosphere differently going to stay there again

Hallway looks like it wasn't vacuum cleaned in awhile garbage under sitting bench by elevator

Loved hot tea and coffee available all day, laundry facilities free, warm family friendly environment, great work out facilities with a tv that works!!

The floors in the common areas and elevators were dirty from muddy footprints. It wasn't cleaned throughout my stay

We had very noisy people staying above us that kept us up one night. The hotel handled it very well.
