The place is simple, but it has everything that we need. The Apartment - Hotel provides excellent service with a friendly and welcoming staff in Special Luciano the Manager. They made our week memorable and comfortable. The location is ideal with easy access to restaurants and other amenities. We highly recommend Heidelberg Haus for you next stay in Chile.

The building's lack of an elevator is the only drawback. But there are just 4 floors.

The room is a small apartment in effect, with a fridge, kettle and hot plate (what the Italians call a residenza), a sitting/ dining room and balcony with a good view. The neighbourhood is quiet and leafy (at least one embassy is nearby), where residents water their patch of roadside verge. There are some local eateries; try the one on the corner of Los Nogales. It's a pleasant walk from the metro station. We arrived far too early to check in for our second stay but our luggage was securely stored in the office while we took in a museum.

The building was immaculate and modern. Our apartment was tidy and clean. The staff were cheerful and very helpful. The location was good, in a nice neighborhood. We walked to nice restaurants without any safety concerns. Would definitely staying here again if we were in Santiago again.

Our room was next door to a daycare center to which children began arriving at 8:00. There was a bit of noise, therefore. Not a huge deal but we certainly could not have slept later than 8 am.

Very clean, nice staff. Bright and cozy. Good size for two people. The neighbourhood was great. Many restaurants in Holanda street. Good access to public transport. 10 or 15 minutes walk to Los Leones station.

I just missed the oven, and the microwave was too little. We couldn’t fit the plate. I will include extra kitchen tools. For example corkscrew, can opener. Also an iron and chrome cast for TV.

Convenient location easily reachable from Los Leones and the Costanera shopping center in walking distance. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Clean room with cooking facilities . Daily cleaning service available. Suitable for long stay. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very calm part of the city but walking distance from all shops and restaurants in Providencia. Kind personal of the building.

Would like there was a elevator and airconditioned, but still was pleasant stay.

Light, spacious rooms, very clean. Excellent location in quiet plaza.

There should have been more cups (only 2), more soup plates (only 1),, no fruit knives. When we asked for these items, nothing happened.

Very comfortable and well-equipped for the price! In a very calm neighbourhood although our room was located right next to a kindergarten thus not really possible to sleep in ...

Room is comfortable and clean. Staff friendly.

Sometimes the hot water was not hot , just warm and a bit cold. The staff tried to fix the issue.

Great location, within walking distance from my office. Apartments are well appointed, with everything I needed for my week stay.
