Location of the hotel is just great, it is not far from the river side, good for jogging it is good part of the city, very safe and green! There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around. The stuff of the hotel are nice, not everyone speaks English, but it is not an issue.

in my opinión the bath towels should be changed, as it is not white and fresh anymore, some of them even destroyed (with a holes). I also have comment regarding room cleaning, in my opinion hotel need to pay more attention to the floor (it needs to be washed, not just swept), the bathroom should be cleaner and dust should be removed more carefully.

We did not like housekeeping, 2nd time we stayed at the Hub and housekeeping is hit or miss, only left one towel in our room once again and we had no time to ask for more due to late at night discovery We did not like plunge pool, too small. We did not like Gym having no mats to stretch and no free weights, decent dumbells We did not like the front desk ordering us a taxi to the airport for a 5am pick and it never came causing us much stress. We did not like that the air conditioner in our room made way too much noise so needs to be looked at.

The hotel pleased all the senses, as its proposal: comfortable, clean, smelly, visually beatifull and cozy, besides good music playing at the commom areas. The location couldn't be best, you have all you need and want nearby. The staff is the best part, always ready to help.

The pool at the roof could be warmed to be used in the winter as well. The small gym in the basement could be incorporate at the roof.

Very nice location, close enough to transit without being on a noisy street. Building is new, but has a bit of a tofu-dreg vibe to it. Wifi was generally suitable for business use; only died in the middle of one teleconference during my stay.

The bed linens are too hot and can't be adjusted as it is a "duvet inside fitted sheets". Can't swap out for a lighter covering in hot weather. There is a leak under the shower that results in water on the bathroom floor after use.

Great customer service! I found them helpful and eager to make my life easier, even when it was really not much they could do to fix the internet, for example.

The breakfast is dull and skimpy, specially for the price. I won't recommend to spend on it. I didn't like the way the night tables are designed, as it's hard to get something from them when lying down . Also, it would be amazing to offer some kind of power outlet converter, in case you forgot yours

the room was exactly what we needed for our stay. location is good near nice restaurants and bars. lovely roof terrace with pool which is great for sure sunset. very clean

Not particularly helpful when checking in early. We had free breakfast however we were checking out very early for a flight so we asked if we could use it the day before. we were told “no you can’t change it because the cafe workers aren’t very nice”. was a shame not to get the breakfast and just a bit of general lack of help at our early check in, otherwise staff were good

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was actually bigger than I thought it would be, and had everything - including a toastie machine and washing up liquid! The pool is small but has a great view and was super quiet when I went. The location is great, there is an Oxxo and a few small bars/restaurants on the street and lots of things to see within walking distance. For everything else, there are two metro stations nearby.

If you don’t have a credit card, you need to pay the deposit in cash.

The studio was great - it had everything we needed, bed and pillows were super comfy, shower had good pressure, room was very clean and cleaned regularly throughout our stay and having balcony was great! roof top and pool area was very nice and great for chilling out. the staff were all so welcoming, friendly and really helpful throughout our stay!

the hotel looked and smelled (!) great. The rooms are modern and well appointed - so are the bathrooms. Great view from the rooftop swimming pool which also has great beds to lie in.

The breakfast offered in the restaurant next door was poor quality. The room was not cleaned for 4 nights / days - our entire stay. The staff was kind enough to inform me about the power bank I forgot but made an entire fuss about me not being super responsive related to how to return it back.

The apartment is really nice with a little kitchen and the small pool on top of the roof is perfect for chilling after being around in the city... location is great very close to Los Condes area and easy to reach st Christopher cerro great for walk... Bella vista distance about 30 min on foot.... Pretty safe area Providencia definitely avoid the center...
