Great breakfast, everything you could imagine. Comfortable beds, good bathroom. Very nice cleaning ladies. Very practical that you can also eat good lunch and dinner at their restaurant. You can also buy salads/sandwiches/pastry to take with you. Good location, safe neighbourhood.

Like in all Sudamerica (?) duvet comes in between two simple sheets, that is so weird and unpractical for an European. Also, the fact that you can’t open the window. But aircon works perfectly (both heating and cooling, different speeds), regarding airquality that is probably better.

I travelled to Santiago by myself, and, as it is s very big city, I was worried about staying at an unsafe location. However, I am pleased to say that the area around the hotel seemed really organized and secure, and the path to the metro station is very short and easy. About the hotel itself, the room was excellent, with a comfortable bed, a safe, a very large TV and a desk. Wi-Fi worked well (of course, not exactly perfect, but good enough), and the bathroom facilities also were perfectly adequate. The staff were kind and always ready to answer my questions and give me recommendations. Therefore, I am pleased to be able to recommend Capital Bellet to whomever wants to visit Santiago!

The only minor issue I could point out is that the TV sometimes froze or simply stopped allowing me to change channels. I had to unplug it a couple of times throughout my stay so that it would start working properly again.

My second time at Capital Bellet. It is a simple hotel in a beautiful part of Providencia, next to nice restaurants and shops. The view from the room to cerro San Cristóbal is very beautiful, specially on sunset. The breakfast buffet was decent. Good choice for a couple or single person visiting Santiago or also for business purposes. The wifi is fast enough for video conferencing and streaming. The staff was very helpful and took our luggage before check-in time so we could comfortably explore the sorroundings before check-in.

The standard room is quite small, don't expect to fit there more than your luggage. There are though bigger rooms as option for some extra money.

Comfy, nice, modern room. Our superior room was spacious, 1 wall full of glass with easy-to-use flat curtains. There was a big wardrobe (more space with hangers, a few with shelves). A lot of room to put your toiletries in the bathroom. Bars and a few restaurants within a couple of minutes by foot.

Water became hot sometimes just after 5 minutes. One button on the toilet left the water flowing (the other one was working well). Breakfast was fine, but I expected more various foods from a big hotel (only 1 or 2 kinds of cold meats, 1 or 2 kind of cheese); slow refill (fried egg was unavailable for 20 minutes; bread was also empty for a while). Labels of dishes were too general (for example jam: I see it's a jam, but I don't see what kind of jam it is). There was no laundry, although it is listed as a service. Elevators were very slow (partially because of the service elevator was out-of-service all the time; and because there are separate call buttons for both elevators, and people push them all. Halfway between 2 metro stations.

Super nice hotel. Location was good, you could easily walk, uber or use public transportation to all the main spots of Santiago. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The small table with chairs made it very easy for me to order takeout and eat in the room when I didn't want to go out. Only had breakfast once and it had a wide range of products.

The shower area was a bit small in my room. One day the room was not cleaned as I was inside the room and the staff couldn't open the door, but it was just a miscommunication issue that was easily fixed the next day. It would be good if they had some water bottles and snacks available for you to buy at any time. Maybe adding some additional amenities such as conditioner, lotion, etc. All in all it's a great place!

The staff at the front desk were amazing! They helped us locate a place to get a PCR test for travel to Rapa Nui (required at the time), they assisted in resolving a problem with a tour guide that didn’t show up, they arranged a ride to the airport, and on and on! They were so helpful and kind. Very professional and had a very caring attitude.

Bathroom shower was awkward. Water everywhere due to half glass shower screen. Caulking in bathroom needs sprucing up. Top lounge was closed - not sure when/if it will be open again?

Very spacious clean room in a quiet environment. The breakfast was good and generous.

There was no bar and the quality of the food in the evening restaurant was ok but nothing special.

I got an amazing view to teleferico and city centre, very good location, amazing breakfast, very comfortable bed, strong and stable internet.

In order to avoid tax VAT you need to have credit card that will accept USD payment reservation. Unfortunately didn't work with WISE business card and needed to pay with personal master card.

location, cleanless, friendly staff, no problems with anything, simply all what can be expected from a business hotel. Nice business hotel recommended for a 1-7 days stay.

No kitchen facilities in the room, even no simple plates available for fruits. The bed is on the wheels and is moving away from wall, which makes a quite a nice hole for a pillows to fall in.

Front reception agents were friendly and spoke English to us. They allowed us to store luggage for a couple hours before our flight. They called our tour to see what happened (just late) and they called the taxi for our flight. We remember the kindness of José Luis, Jorge and Matias. There may have been one more. We are grateful as foreign travelers.
