The Chapinero District is among the safest in Bogota. Hotel located across the street from the Park Virrey. Lots of friendly folks walking their dogs. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy strolling and the people are among the best that I have encountered. Restaurants like Andres de Res and the Bombay Rooftop are great places to eat along with some lively entertainment

You are about a 25 minute cab ride from the Candaleria District. Traffic in Bogota is terrible. I would advise against driving. It makes my home, Los Angeles, look like child's play. Many restaurants require reservations in advance.

Cassa Luxury Homes is the perfect alternative to a hotel. The rooms/ apartments are so spacious, generous and beautifully decorated, and also very well equipped with kitchen, kettle, big Tv, desk etc. The location is perfect, in front of a park with playgrounds and restaurants and shopping nearby. The personal is very kind, super attentive and made us feel again very welcome. Another nice plus are the gym and the heated roof top pool. The breakfast is delicious with a vast choice of cold and warm food, rather a brunch! this was our third stay at Cassa and we can highly highly recommend it!

all was perfect!

the hotel exceeds my expectation in any way. The room was spacious, the staff super friendly and the location brilliant. This "hotel" is the perfect location if you're looking for a place like an apartment and you still need the advantage of hotel facilities. I was using my time during the day working and by having either the option to work in an office in my apartment or to reserve a meeting room in the office area, I was able to stay productive.

The only thing I could think of, is that the water pressure in my apartment (6th) floor wasn't that great. In one bath the shower was barely giving some water, but the sink was strong in the other bathroom it was the other way around. But this is complaining on very high standards.

Decorated well. Breakfast service was ample and friendly staff. Location was safe but a 10-min walk from anything to eat or do. Beds were comfy.

No air conditioning. We had to ask for a fan. No light in the shower stall. No screens on windows and we were bitten by mosquitoes at night. If you don’t provide any kind of ventilation you MUST cover your windows with screens to prevent mosquitoes from biting your guests!

Only missing thing was lack of heating, but this is generic in Bogotá.

Great location, close to many things but yet not noisy. the staff was friendly and available to answer all of our questions. we ordered breakfast every day and the food was very good and delivered fast to our room. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be used. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance.

the cleaning staff left one window opened after cleaning and when we came back the room was freezing. we only doubt out the next morning.

Breakfast was really good, there was a good variety of options to choose from and the food was of very good quality. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The personnel were kind and attentive. Overall a great place to stay while in Bogotá.

When we arrived to the room, the main rubbish bin hadn't been completely emptied, that's not something that you want to see. Also, on our second night, the fire alarm went off early in the morning so we followed the protocol and went down to the main lobby, it wasn't until we asked what was going on after a few minutes of waiting that the desk manager told us that everything was fine and that the alarm had gone off due to a ventilator in the kitchen that hadn't been switched on. Also, several mattresses and a cot were left in the stairs corridors which I imagine that in a real emergency would prevent a rapid evacuation.

Comfortable bed. Quiet and spacious room. Nice bathroom. Close to restaurants and shops. Opposite a park

A few minor thing missing which would have improved the stay. No T towel or washing up liquid. Apartment was cold. Had to ask for a heater. Bit of plastic found in the mango juice two days running although reported on the first day. Restaurant only open for breakfast - no other meals. Didn’t see a bar. Swimming pool and hot pool not in use during our stay. Balcony to the room was not usable

Great location next to a park and short stroll to main avenues/supermarket/restaurants and bars. A spacious twin room with super shower/bathroom and lovely complimentary bath products with a sofa/tv area and kitchen. Staff were absolutely amazing and breakfasts each day downstairs (but there is the option to have breakfast brought up to the room). Gym and pool available to be booked for exclusive use.

small niggle but would be helpful to have some washing up liquid and tea towels available in the kitchen area.

the rooftop pool and the gym were the highlight of the property along with the beautiful park across the street. make sure to make a restoration to use the pool and gym. I enjoyed the residential aspect of the location but someone (like my partner) who likes more hustle and bustle would find the location too quiet.

I thought I would’ve been okay with no heating but my goodness it gets cold ! it really affected my allergies. also the elevator didn’t register the cards well to access your floor and the room wasn’t well planned with no outlets near the bed. the breakfast was decent.
