Good location, very clean room, had a few english channels on the television. Strong wifi connection. Frendly staff. The front desk man on the midnight shift is very friendly and speaks good English. The hotel is guest friendly. Each room has a small safe bolted to the wall. Many music channels on the tv.

Dont drink the water in the mini fridge. When you check out they will charge you 6,000 peso for each little bottle you drink. There is no sign in the room that tells you you have to pay for the water. I have never been charged in any other hotel for water. It is always free.

The hotel's location was great, although it came with a price (some noise as it should be expected when you want to stay near restaurants and bars). Other than that, the staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

The night shift receptionist charged me for the full stay upon arrival which is not what hotels usually do and since he did not speak English and I did not speak Spanish this caused a bit of frustration.

johny at the reception was not very helpful when we checked in, and we got a bad impression of the hotel . Fortunately we talked to María José the manager , and the issue was fixed promptly , and we had a wonderful time . Ivan was always ready to help, opening the door , helping with the packages and suitcases , and Fredy made sure that we were comfortable . The area is very noisy because of the construction in the area , but we will be back

It's perfectly located. A block away from Retiro and Andino Mall. Price of the room is almost unbeatable.

It's important to know there's no air conditioning. Bogota is a cold city so it's not about the heat. It's about noise cancelling. It's so close to the street and to bars and restaurants that all night long you hear the sounds. If you're a light sleeper... that's going to be a problem. Another thing breakfast is cheap (like 5 dollars per person) .... better go somewhere else.

The location is very good, close to shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. The staffs are nice (especially Ivan who can speak English). The hotel allowed us to leave our luggages at the receptionist after checking out while waiting for our night flight.

The room is very small, no table in the room. Very noisy environment. There is a pub/discotheque/club near the hotel that played musics (that vibrate the window glass) until 3am (it was Friday night and Saturday night).

The staff was prompt and courteous. The location was centric from shopping centers, convenience, and clothing stores. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The Wi-Fi had good speed.

Consider arranging transportation on your own via Uber or Yellow Cab. They are both safe, according to some Bogotans. If you continue arranging transportation via the hotel's driver, he can charge you more.

The staff is amazing, Mr Ivan goes above and beyond helping you. Front desk staff amazing too, as well as the kitchen staff (breakfast) were very warm and helpful. The cleaning lady that was in charge of my bedroom was superb. Kudos to all of them!

You have to be aware that the place is located in the middle of a very active nightlife area of Bogotá. The noise of the bars around may be disturbing.

Rooms really clean and modern, staff were absolutely fabulous, breakfast was a good mix of typical intercontinental breakfast and traditional Colombian items. The location is absolutely idea. Super safe area - we left the hotel when it was still dark in the morning and went for dinner at night and always felt very safe.

Great location for night life and good restaurants. Breakfast was really good with lots of options, it would be nice if they put tags on it thought, my mother in law is a vegetarian and had a bit of a difficult time considering the language barrier. Staff was super accommodating and kind.

It could be a bit too noisy if your traveling with kids.

Staff super friendly, excellent customer service, baggage storage service, clean facilities, excellent breakfast, cute room. One of the hotel taxi drivers took gave us a super city tour, we loved the tour and the price was great. The driver knew well the city, took us to the best places and to a great colombian food restaurant. Super recommended.
