The attention at the front desk was exceptional, due to an event with my taxi driver I arrived crying, and they were extremely helpful and nice, offering water and trying to bring my mood up. I was traveling alone for a concert, and everyone at the front desk were very caring, helping me book my rides and making sure I was safe. The breakfast was fantastic, they had variety and different options every day. The location is almost perfect, close to restaurants, clubs, casino and malls.

Due to constructions going on in the area, it might be a little noisy during the day, and you can feel slight shaking of the building when big trucks pass by.

we loved the staff who were so friendly and helpful. in a good location in Bogota close to posh shops and lots of restaurants (must try Andres DC excellent!) the complimentary breakfast was excellent with a good choice of fruit cereal and eggs etc. we loved the Columbian rice and chicken. coffee good. good hot water in shower.

rooms little musty and dated, we didn’t like that the staff entered our room to close the curtains when we were out at night. juice could be better at breakfast. no coffee machine in room which is very unusual for hotel.

I felt that the checking employee was not right, changing his attitude for a more professional demeanor will be a great plus. 2 things happened here, i asked if they had a room and he said no with a attitude hard to describe, in the mean time my secretary was helping me with the reservation and she was able to make it. when I check-in I noticed to this individual that was not happy to see me back and according to him was not able to find me and finally found me. the reservation made was for 2 ppl and 2 beds, after he finished while leaving to our room my relative was detain because the reservation was for only 1 person … I felt very bad was nothing pleasant… I had to show him my reservation that was made for 2 ppl. at the end got a roll with 1 bed 🤦‍♂️😞

The staff is amazing. Everyone from front desk, office staff, doorman and room cleaners went the extra mile. Room was comfortable, bed linens and mattress very comfortable....and room was very clean. Lots of hot water. Soaps and shampoos nice. Room had safe and refrigerator. We really liked having a little table in our room. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet. The hotel has transportation available for a charge. Car is comfy and driver is excellent. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Breakfast was so so. Somedays good other days food cold or almost empty. Staff was trying to service everyone. It was very busy especially around 8 to 830 am. They seemed understaff in mornings. We ate dinner once and it was very good. We didnt realize restaurant was not open on weekend nights. Not a big deal but we would have eatten dinner there again. The coffee was excellent. Restaurant was very cosy. Loved the fireplace. If handicap there are steps to reception area, steps to elevator and steps to restaurant. This could make it impossible to manage if in wheeelchair. I hope they have an other entry. I did not see one. I only mention this because my mother was wheelchair bound. We could not have stayed here with her.

The location was great for shopping, cinema, eating and drinking. It seemed the upmarket side of Bogotá, compared to other areas. The staff were very helpful, and patient with my broken Spanish and in arranging taxis. Good breakfast options also.

The area could be a little noisy into the small hours at the weekend, but that's what you sign up for in staying in this area. There also seemed to be constant noise from roadworks...but nothing the hotel can do about that!

The location is ideal and within close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet has an excellent array of choices frequently replenished, that was highly appreciated. Usage of hotel umbrellas is very kind in Bogota wet weather. The reception team was most helpful with local knowledge and all staff at this hotel were friendly and approachable.

No kettle in the room to make a hot drink although able to request through room service. Coffee at breakfast needs to be served hot as only warm. Not enough toiletries in the room as set for one with a room as double.

Excellent location. Convenient location. Professionally managed. Fast wi-fi. Laundry service was excellent and affordable. Great hotel for business travellers. Helpful staff. Good restaurant with many good restaurant options nearby.

I liked everything, but must add that if you dont know (at least basic) Spanish, you will probably need a translator application on your phone. I have yet to stay in a hotel here that has an English speaking staff. While you are at it, you best have a good understanding of how to use the QR reader on you phone. QR is EVERYWHERE in Columbia! I strongly reccomend you get up to snuff with that before you travel here.

the location is very convenient, we managed to walk everywhere, the breakfast was very good and had something different each day. The staff was helpful and they have a taxi that can take you around if required.

the rooms even though they should be close together the hotel is spilt into two parts. so on our stay we had one room on one side of the hotel and the others on the other side which isn’t convenient for a family.

Location: at the heart of zona T or also called zona rosa, very safe and lots to do here, especially in the evening, the old town "la candaleria" is approx. 25 min away by cab but this is totally fine in my opinion as you want to be close to zona rosa at nights Breakfast was alright, staff were helpful, and at least half of them are able to speak English. The room was quite spacious and bed was comfy.

Nothing in particular, would go there again if I needed a private room. Room could be slightly warmer, heater did not work the way I expected but blankets are thick enough! You are not allowed to bring any guests unless registered at the check-in. This might cause some problem for some.

The staff was extemely friendly and helpful right from the start. Very corteous. The hotel itself was in a good location and very clean. The room was big enough for 2 with a VERY comfortable bed. The included breakfast wasn't out of this world, but it was definitely delicious and help me up for a few hours. I'd definitely recommend.

The wifi signal to my room could've been better. I was in the 5th floor and the signal would frequently drop on any device I'd try. From the lobby itself it was great, and obviously while traveling to a country where I don't have cell service wifi was crucial to me.
