The room is very nice, great view, quite big and the best thing is the shower. The breakfast is really good served in one of the restaurants. So initially i didnt write a great review because we had some issues, but a hotel is defined by how they deal with it. The hotel contacted us to see if we could give them another chance to give us an amazing stay and they did! We had an amazing night with complimentary champaign included and heart shaped balloons to celebrate two months pf being married! I siper recomend fhe hotel, they clearly care about their costumers.

Wow, what a stunning hotel in a super safe area of Bogotá (Zona Rosa). The hotel is right by the commercial center, so there is lots to do at night. Cabs are always out front if you need quick transportation. The interior of this hotel... speechless. There are so many real plants everywhere it feels like you're in a rain forrest! The rooms are super clean and modern, very comfortable as well. There is a rooftop that we liked for hanging out during the day. I would give this hotel 11/10 if I could!

I loved everything, there is nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

The staff was incredibly welcoming. I don’t speak the language and they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I felt more than safe. The staff that clean the rooms were Beyond incredible. The service was exceptional I stay in a lot of nice places but their cleaning service especially was above and beyond. They made everything convenient by charging things to my card so that it have to constantly be running out and getting more pesos. The restaurant was absolutely delicious and super fun the manager was so accommodating he took his job very seriously the DJ was beyond they just made a fun environment a memorable experience and I will never stay anywhere else in Bogota again.

Beautiful hotel, modern and newly renovated rooms and attentive staff. Good breakfast selection, especially the fruit. lovely floor to ceiling window view in our room.

transparent glass around shower which is fine for couples but may be much for friends sharing a room. The room was also a bit small so we had to be strategic about where we put the bigger bags and I could see it being more stressful managing the space if it were a longer stay. A spa is listed in the facilities but we were told there’s no actual spa facility, just in room massages.

The breakfast was actually a fully served egg and bacon / sausage breakfast PLUS a buffet of continental selections. so yummy! and amazing value for the cost of the rooms. Lovely decor, spacious rooms, and all the basics. LOVE the green wall as you enter... and to have two REALLY GOOD restaurants on site! amazing. Selvaje is really really good and is a must try.

Not enough towels. literally everything else was great. No facecloths, one day we got a bath mat, the other 4 nights, no. Then another day we got a hand towel, all other nights no.

Good breakfast buffet. Great room layout. Felt very safe and convenient location for walking. Lobby restaurants were amazing.

Housekeeping was lacking but it did look like they were short-staffed. The restaurant on the main floor is very loud. Eating there was an amazing experience, however as a guest on the 5th floor... I could still hear it. It was not bothersome to me, but if I was on a closer lower floor it might have been intolerable. Renovations of other rooms on my floor were also a bother, the construction noise and smells were strong, but we were there only briefly during the day.

The hotel is an excellent option for couples and business travellers with a fantastic location close to a small park, shopping centre and nightlife area. The breakfast is super with the best fruits and coffee you can wish for. The Salvage restaurant is in he same building. It is cool, but pricey. A better alternative is the Gitane restaurant also in the hotel that also has a cozy bar with very good cocktails and nice staff.

We liked everything!

The location was perfect, next to zona T bars, restaurants, shopping malls, and its a very safe and nice neighborhood. Breakfast includes everything you need for a good start of the day and the receptionists and other stuff were very polite.

The room was not clean enough, there was some hair in the bathroom and bathroom sink is very unpractical-water is leaking to the floor and spraying stuff that are around. Also, the music from the bar that is a part of the hotel is too loud.

The loocation is amazing, walking distance to all restaurants, cafés, shops, Andino and Retiro mall. The hotel restaurant, Gitane restaurant was incredible. About the room, bed and pillows are like clouds (:

If you stay at the right side of the hotel you can hear the Salvaje restaurant music everywhere, it's so loud, annoying and so unnecessary because the restaurant was empty.
