Beautiful small resort in rural location not far from Tamarindo. Nice pool and great breakfast.

The owners were Covid deniers who discouraged mask wearing and vaccination with no concern for their guests health concerns (age or underlying conditions).

No words are enough - this is the dream. Stefan and Sonia (hope I am getting names and spelling right) have been inspiring, kind, helpful and just created an OASIS, A Haven, a little piece of paradise in Costa Rica. Accommodation, shower, bed, breakfast, surrounding property and LOCATION is 10/10 - we are not worthy!! haha - it’s truly underpriced but allows for longer stay cause who wouldn’t want to stay longer :)

Everything was well thought through and amazing.

Structure very elegant with a great pool and several homes around really nice. Inside the home was new and really clean There was a gym in the jungle, that was a particular service offered The owner was really kind and helped us with his pura vida spirit Position really close to playa Tamarindo We hope to come back very soon to this paradise, really reccomended

Nothing, all was so perfect

The owners are wonderful people who made my entire stay so much better. It was the perfect first stop for me on my Costa Rica journey. The owners borrowed me a bike so I could go grocery shopping one day, and another day they gave me a free ride into Tamarindo because they had to go into town as well. Lastly, they actually drove me to my next stop in Playa Avellanas as well (for free) - because they simple are nice helpful people. The place is tranquil, and there are plenty of animals visiting the property. The pool is wonderful and so is the breakfast!

it was a beautiful property! It is very clean and wonderful stay! we loved the salt water pool to relax in the beds were comfy. the shower was clean and wonderful. it feels luxury.

it’s a bit of a drive from Tamarindo Center but we didn’t mind as we had a car. Would recommend having a car to go into the city for dinners and the beach.

The owners were some of the nicest people we've met on our trip and they did their best to accommodate us. Their property was amazing (their pool was incredible and peaceful) you can go for a walk by the river and we were fortunate enough to feed an iguana before we left. They let us check in early, check out later so we could take full advantage of the pool and sun and they even took us in to Tamarindo and we went for a dinner on the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Stephane and Sonja!

The only thing I can think of is the walls seemed thin, but I am a light sleeper so it probably wont bother most.

Although a little out of the town of Tamarindo the location is fine when balancing the quality of the accommodation. Room was nice, salt water pool very refreshing. Breakfast was delicious. The nature, birds, iguanas, monkees, within eyesight of the property and the almost jungle like setting made this property a relief before and after a day at the noisy crowded beach.

Bath towels could have been larger. Soap and shampoo would have been nice

beautiful property, we saw big lizards and hummingbirds. the staff was lovely and the room very comfortable, dry and with warm water! internet worked perfect.

nothing if you don’t have a car you’re too far out of Tamarindo and taxis cost 10-20$ one way. with a car it’s lovely to be in a peaceful neighborhood.

It was a pleasure to stay at the lodge.. we slept really good in a save place right in the forest with a great pool and community area. Stephane and Sonia are great people helping with everything and making the stay wonderful. We liked the breakfast a lot and would recommend it to every visitor

The hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Close to town, but out of the hustle and bustle. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. Good value for money.
