Nice room, exceptionally pleasant view. Superior quality of food. The pier facility allows you to enjoy a more relaxing time at the hotel. Close to Salamis archeologic site. Beach and water very clean.

The hotel was full that meant that especially for dinner the amount of people at the restaurante can be overwhelming, especially for us that came from Karpazia.

Everything the food, drinks, evening entertainment, pool service, concierge service were amazing. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The grill corner at the veranda is the must if you like meet. Every day there was different menu at the main restaurant. The beach is pictures. Drinks are international and of good quality.

The hotel is old and is definitely not a 5* compare to a European standards, but if you're not planning to spend your day inside the room, you will love it. Also, we didn't like Chinese restaurant. You have to pay extra for it, but you get very limited selection of sushi (crab sticks, little salmon, vegetables) and choice of vermicelli, while in the main restaurant you're getting plenty of good quality food to choose from. So, I suggest to go to Chinese in some other place. Beach towels are too short, but you can get some extra towels from sauna area. Generally, good value for money.

The facilities are great- aqua park, main pool, beach front are all amazing. There's plenty of food and drink options all over the resort. Our room was a family room and very spacious with proper beds for the kids. We had a great time and would come back again!

The drinks!! You can literally have anything on their ultra all inclusive but a lot of them aren't very nice. Some of the cocktails aren't made with traditional ingredients or are just too strong. The bar staff were willing to let you ask for specifics but we still struggled to get a nice drink like a Cosmo or daiquiri. The ice coffees are amazing though! There's a lot going on so it is quite noisy trying to get to sleep as a family. The kids show doesn't start until 0830pm and then other entertainment after. It was just too late for us but did mean the pool was quiet in the morning when we were up before everyone else.

Nice room with good walk in shower. Decent main pool and slide pool. Food was good. Drink selection is good, including some branded spirits. Most of the staff were nice and helpful. Quick check in. Nice beach and sunbathing areas. The pier club looked and sounded good, but we had kids with us so couldn’t go in as it’s a 16+.

Not really sure what the girls on the help desk do. Asked to book a restaurant, told to download the app, which u then use to WhatsApp…….. one of the girls on the help desk! She isn’t very quick at responding or clear on what you’re asking for. Upon further observation of the pair one evening whilst in the bar area, it seems the girls spend most of their time on their phones and only respond to guests enquiries as and when they can be bothered. We weren’t actually in the main building, we had a room in the additional building. Not that it was a massive issue as the rooms were nice and it’s modern, just meant a short walk to the main building and pool area.

I recently stayed at Salamis Bay Conti Hotel and had an outstanding experience. Their all-inclusive concept truly lived up to its promise, with no hidden strings attached. The quality and variety of food served were exceptional, catering to all tastes and preferences. The hotel maintained an impressive level of cleanliness throughout, and the staff were not only attentive but also consistently displayed a positive attitude, making our stay even more enjoyable. The beach was a highlight as well – long, well-organized, and clean. Overall, Salamis Bay Conti Hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hassle-free, luxurious getaway.

While there were many positive aspects, there were also a few areas that need improvement. Given the size of the hotel, it would have been very helpful to have a map showing the layout and indicating what amenities are available and their hours of operation. Additionally, the hotel needs to work on its wheelchair accessibility. Some areas, including the beach, were not accessible due to missing ramps. This is a significant oversight for a hotel of this caliber. Attention to detail is crucial in a luxurious hotel. I noticed a few issues such as moving power outlets, which could be dangerous, and some old furniture that made noise. These small details can make a big difference in the overall guest experience.

The room was spacious, modern, and clean with a functioning AC. Nice shower with hot water. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. The food at the main restaurant was good (nothing special but good). We highly recommend dining at the Chinese restaurant (it's an extra fee, but so worth it). Good location. Salamis Ancient city and Varosha are only a few minutes drive from the hotel. Free Wifi available in the room and everywhere in the hotel which is great as you won't be able to connect to 3G in North Cyprus.

The indoor pool was full of screaming kids.

We loved the location, water park,, pool, private beach area, food choices, hospitality and entertainment.

Customer service staff can improve their skills on dealing with complaints with empathy.

Hotel is nice but not a 5 star. Everyone tried hard even though no one spoke english. We had a sea view room which the view was beautiful, but again, the room itself was not a 5 star standard. Pool area was nice but toooo many kids !!! Every day there was entertainment, a big bravo to the group of people of entertainment they were full of energy and worked hard to get everyone to have fun !

The hotel is very big which means alot of people so just imagine the noise!! At meal time in restaurant. Buffer was mainly turkish food.. there was no plan chicken or some sort of meat.. but overall there's a lot of choice you will find something to eat. I would not ever go back in August.

The Salamis Bay Conti Hotel footprint is an amazing location on the amazing water. The water in the sea is amazing and the pool facilities are nonetheless. The premises are kept sparkling clean. The full board basis is genuine, just like being on a cruise you will never starve. Alcoholic drinks are nice too. The animation is amazing Jean will get to move with his positive move. It's all family friendly and you will find something to do for all the family. The foam party was great, the disco in the evening on the waters edge is fantastic, the pool dance and the pool game were fun, Zumba at 4pm. The slides are fun too. The shows in the evening were nicely animated. The live music at pool side can be improved slightly and on Sunday there should be Skelton to keep it going, as the animation team is off on Sunday. The Chinese restaurant is great.

I think the buffet restaurant is a bit over crowded. It gets too busy and there are long queues to get good from the fresh cooking station.
