Lovely food and entertainment for kids. Animation was brilliant. The restaurant staff was extremely nice and friendly, pool bar staff great, reception team was very helpful and polite and the cleaning lady was very good. Everything was impeccable. Mr Panikos, Doros, Gyorgyos, Mihaela, Iulian, Carmen, Karolina, Stella, Jonny, Marinos, the chefs including the main chef were extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed.

Everything was perfect. We want to come back.

More private location. At least in November Malama beach is not crowded. Breakfast and dinners were good, had variety of everything and tasted well. Coffee was ok.

In our room the sink in the bathroom was so high that my 4-year old could not reach it and wash hands. On the ground floors balcony there is no sunshine and all wet clothes remain wet. Kids club is big upset.This is only for Scandinavian kids and the playground and rooms are not well maintained.

Malama is a perfect place for families - particularly with small children. And most of the guests were indeed families with small children. The hotel area is spacious, consists of several 2-3 storey villas. We got an appartment righ next to the pools with sea view - something I recommend to all sea lovers. The appartement was spacious (some 52 sqm) - albeit a bit older fashioned (not the one you see on the photos). Pools and the surrounding sunbed-area are well maintained - thought we rather went down to the beach each day. Staff is very polite, very helpful. They are prepared for the needs of small childresns. I had many questions upfront and they (Maria) always answered swiftly and politely. We were very happy with the waiters too... What we loved the most about Malama was food... great veriety of hearty, rustic local dishes, sea foods, grills and pastas. Tasty local olives and cheeses plus the ouzo we asked for each lunch and dinner. I highly recommend all-inclusive package. Great value for money. All in all very satisfied.

Animatation and entertainement was quite limited. And most of the things were available only on charge and in Swedish (right, in Swedish...)

Spacious rooms, excellent cuisine, very helpful and attentive Hotel Team, great location at the seaside (beach is public and small but it was very nice to swim in the sea). It is perfect place to spend your holidays.

I cannot complain about anything. Hotel Crew immediately addresses any minor issues that might occur.

close to private Beach, sunbeds reservation for each room - no sunbed fights nor wake ups at 6am to have sunbed, personnel very nice and helpfull, room service - very clean and towels change every day, Village Type of resort,

lack of drinking water in the room, faraway from Protaras center - need a car/bus/taxi, still Russian in the hotel accepted :(

This complex has a location right on a little sandy cove, with beautiful views. We stayed at the end of season (last few days of October into early November) We had lovely weather - still 25-26 degrees. We loved our superior one bedroom apartment (room 1611). We booked a garden view, but were so pleased to be allocated a pool/sea view on arrival. We had a large balcony, lovely living area with 2 sofa beds, which accommodated our two boys comfortably enough, fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath, and a lovely separate bedroom, with a very comfortable bed. I cannot comment on any other rooms - as I didn't see standard apartments, but they were either ground floor with patios, or first or 2nd floor, all with balcony, patio sets, drying racks. The garden views are lovely, with beautiful plants all around. The buffet restaurant had a wonderful choice. The food was outstanding, catering for all nationalities - high quality Mediterranean cuisine, very fresh ingredients, with 2 live cooking stations. We enjoyed the beach bar with some live entertainment most evenings. Good games room for the kids - pin ball and ice hockey. Hire tennis rackets and table tennis equipment from reception. The pools are great, but unheated, which is a shame. I'm sure they are fine in high season, but too chilly for end of October visit. The sea, however, was still around 22 degrees. Indoor heated pool as well. We were provided with free, fresh towels from the pool team every day, these could also be taken the beach. All guests are allocated comfortable sun loungers on arrival, for duration of stay. The beach was a sweet little cove dotted with sunbeds and umbrellas. An attendant collected the fees every day - not bad at Euro 2.50 per item for a full day. The sea is shallow and warm, lovely for a swim or paddle. The whole staff team were friendly, approachable and worked very hard. The complex was spotless. It was a wonderful holiday - I would love to stay again.

The pools are unheated - so low season not so ideal. No ball games or floats. The complex is out of Protaras - local buses serve the area. Quiet area of town - car hire, bus or taxi needed to get about. Missed the buzz of a town - but the trade off was a lovely beach on our doorstep.

Huge territory, service, good breakfast, indoor pool with jacuzzi, spacious room, I will come again.

Spacey, clean and modern apartments, with pools, playgrounds, tennis courts and kids club. All a family needs. Location is basically on Malama beach, which was also the perfect spot for young kids, with zero waves and clear water! Though there are restaurants around the area, I found that the all inclusive option was well worth it. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was all very nice food,and the kids couldn't get enough of the mocktails and ice cream by the pool! Staff were super friendly and welcoming!

Nothing to dislike!

Well cared for room and grounds. Good aircon. Helpful stuff. Great location - in a peaceful place, yet within few minutes walk to the beach and several (very good) restaurants and shops. Internal swimming pool was a blis, but could be opened longer. Very good and rich breakfast. Water dispensers provided around the hotel.

Rooms and balconies feel a bit small for a weekly stay. Swimming pool opening hours could be extended - both in the mornings and evenings. The hotel was full - there was really hardly any space at the pool, luckily the sea is much better and is just 3min walk away. Very high prices in the hotel bar for non-all-inclusive guests. Wifi was a bit slow and unstable due to the hotel being full, which was a bit of a problem as we had to work during our stay. The hotel failed to accomodate us in a place with better wifi even though we provided this request a couple of weeks before our stay and it was noted.

Normally we don’t stay at family resorts because we are young and don’t want to deal with children, but this place was absolutely perfect. Though there’s many things for children we still had privacy and found beach’s just off the cliff side that were completely secluded. Also the staff were very friendly and the food was great.

The sauna closes early, I wish there was 24 hour access because you spend most of the day outside on the beach or traveling around the area, it would be nice to come home to relax in the sauna. But that’s a small issue
