Location was the best. Apartment was very spacious and very convenient for public transport.

Check in time is too late. Reception is separately situated from the property. We had just small pack packs and had to pay ten euros for their storage which was a rip off.There was no air conditioning or fan in our room while the temperature was 33. deposit was 200 euros and still have not got it back although left the flat in the same condition as we got.

The apartment was great, quirky with a little balcony and 5 mins from Charles bridge

We did not realise that we needed to collect the keys from the reception and then travel 10 mins by taxi to our apartment. This needs to be made clearer on your information. Also it would be useful if when you check out, if you could leave keys at the apartment rather than having to take the keys back to Reception, another taxi ride....

Great location. Comfortable beds. Clean. Good response from reception to any questions pre arrival.

Only one fan provided but three bedrooms so guests found it hard to sleep in the heat. I think it should be made clearer on booking that you will not be staying in the apartment pictured in the advert.

I really liked how big the apartment’s are and how clean and spaciousness’s and good location.

I didn’t like the fact when we first came to reception the right address of the apartments it’s not on booking.com when reception told me instructions on how to get there it wasn’t very clear at all the guy told me I was on the forth floor but I was actually on the sixth floor so that was a bit strange the communication isn’t great and especially when you book it they don’t tell you about the €200 deposit.

location is great and area is safe and nice to be around. the apartment has 2 bedroom spaces, which can be accomodating for friends or family stay.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor without elevator, and had a mezzanine room. This is great in general, but should be maybe mentioned when travelling with children. It can be dangerous and not practical with babies or toddlers. 2 minor points: - glass entrance door with a direct view on the bathroom/ shower can be a bit stressful / annoying even being on top floor. - the apartment could be cleaner, understand that being in the summer, there can be mosquitos/ spiders/ insects, but wooden parts should be cleaned regularly and also pillows of sofa should be clean regularly.

The location was great, the apartment was lovely and spacious.

There was a €200 deposit that we were unaware of when booking and as student travelers this was quite inconvenient.

I didn’t like the apartment they gave me ! Looked nothing like the pictures and the location was about 2Km from the old town.

It was a quest to get into the apartment. We had to follow a list of directions to get the key and other directions to get to the apartment itself. . If you have someone who has trouble walking or heavy luggage it might be a challenge for you. Also during the self check in process it appears we have to pay a 200 euro refundable deposit. This part wasn't in the description when we were booking this apartment .

Starting note they are a company with quite a lot of apartments scattered in Prague. We were a group of 6 people and we were in Kaprova Street, GREAT location. One side it was 5 minutes away from Charles Bridge and on the other side 1 minutes away from the old town square. The apartment was spacious. Separate 3 bedroom apartment and double beds, big kitchen with a dining table. A shower room and toilet room which was helpful as we were 6. Heating perfect, hot water perfect and pressure! Surprisingly quiet since we were there the new years weekend. Amazing view!! Very safe place with locks, however complicated to get it, it felt safe. Before check in they provide an online check in which can be used online or through an application and they also ask for a €200 deposit for any damages. Since we did it all that a day before we didn't have any delay with check in, but make sure if you arrive past midnight to let them know. As we saw in reviews that some didn't receive the deposit on time or never we made sure to keep the apartment clean as possible and avoid being loud. Luckily we received the refund on the same day. FYI, if you want to leave luggage after check out there is a €5 per bag/luggage. As a group we had an amazing stay, very pleased and happy. Most of all the best deal in price for time and location!

Not so much that I didn't like. Would be good to inform on the description about the €200 deposit and that the address is the reception and that the apartments are located around Old town prague.

The apartment was very clean and the bedroom huge. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the action. We would like to return maybe sometime, but perhaps without the children in order to enjoy the lively nightlife in the area.

The smell and look inside the building where the apartment is located. Note that the apartment itself did NOT smell. Of course, I guess the hosts are not to be blamed considering there are other residents there and the building is old. Please be aware that a security deposit of 200 euros is required by the host. I missed that when booking and the payment was non-refundable so we had no choice but to agree to it.
