The breakfast was awesome

The rooms were not ready when l arrived and asked for 2 pm arrival days before l came to hotel they said no problem and didn't get it till 3.30 pm .no discount or upgrade .the bathroom. Was so dirty the fan in the bathroom didn't work. There was wa3 inches of dirt in it, and the tub had marks in it big repair hole in it .the restaurant next was out ragous price 136$ for the two of us and no alcohol. And service was so and food was cold and chicken was so dried out had to eat no discount on that either

This hotel is fairly new and well-appointed. The room was comfortable and large enough to accommodate two people and their luggage. Breakfast was well-served and offered multiple options and plenty of seating. I observed people cleaning the public places throughout the day, making it inviting and clean. It was great to have shuttle service to the airport since my friend and I were traveling at different times.

I was surprised that the computers offered for guest use were in a very public spot and crowded together, making it awkward for two people to use the two available. It would have been helpful to be able to use a computer out of the congestion of the front office.

While this Hotel did not have a bar or restaurant they were beside a Hampton Inn that did. They also had an airport shuttle which we made use of. There was plenty of room for parking and we enjoyed the large T.V. Since we had to leave at 5 am we didn't make use of their breakfast so I can not comment on what they provided there.

The heater was a little loud and there was some highway noise throughout the night. This could have all been dealt with had only I set the the fan on low and continuous. The low setting would have drowned out most of the highway noise and the low setting was not all that loud.

The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options available. The breakfast lady was very efficient and made sure that everything was topped up before it was empty. The front desk staff were very friendly and when we were looking for extra towels he went to get them right away.

Although the beds were very comfortable once you were in them, as a height challenged person it was somewhat difficult to get up onto the bed. And as a senior I would have liked the higher toilet. The only other thing was that the pool was freezing and a bit uncomfortable.

Location and it was a really comfortable bed

It was -6 when we arrived and the air conditioning was on in the room. We had to change it to heat and wait for it to warm up. Also the shuttle took quite a while to get to the airport, there was a person with mobility issues and the driver didn’t get out of his seat. He told us all to bring our bags on board. The passengers had to help her with her bags and the big one had to stay in the aisle. Definitely not great service there. He got out to help at the hotel but she never would have made it on if it wasn’t for the patrons.

The hotel was located near the airport with an efficient a shuttle service. We had a beautiful clean room and were delighted to find that a complimentary breakfast with hot and cold food was provided. The breakfast was very good and had lots of different foods on offer including fresh fruit and yoghurt and warm cinnamon rolls or cheese omelette or scrambled egg with two kinds of sausage, etc. we were amazed at the choice. The shuttle was on time and the driver helpful and polite. It was a 5 minute drive to the airport. We had friends who booked at a hotel at the terminal in airport and they paid more and got far less. They did not have breakfast and in fact were required to pay extra for a tea bag! The Holiday Inn Express is obviously far superior. Thank you for a lovely stay.

No complaints at all.

Breakfast had a good selection of foods to get the day going. I appreciated being able to park my car at the hotel while traveling to Newfoundland. The cost was reasonable and the site was secure. The shuttle service to the airport was always ready.

The spare sofa bed was not ready for the third person in our party. The representative at the desk did remedy the problem quickly. Thank you for your cooperation.

Really enjoyed breakfast. Massive selection and help available to answer queries

Very disappointed with the bath towels one of which had edges that were completely frayed. Looked more like a cleaning cloth than a shower towel. When we showed it to reception next morning no apology was forthcoming. We enjoyed two separate stays but were surprised at the disinterested receptionist.

Bed was super comfortable. I asked for extra pillows and they were provided and already there when we arrived. Check-in was quick and painless. If you use the card you have on file with booking to secure the booking, you'll still need the physical card when you arrive or can use another form of payment. Alarm clock in the room automatically changed times with the Daylight Savings changeover, which was AMAZING. The room had Dove-branded lotion, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash as a default, which is great for those who have sensitive skin. All in all, a great stay.

The stay was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. King size bed, good customer service, ample parking, and lots of comfort touches here and there. Plus, out of the 3 hotels nearby, it's still the most cost-effective for early morning flights at the airport.

Big rooms and big bathrooms, impeccably clean, well lit and well ventilated. The shower was hot with strong water pressure. And the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. It was an unexpectedly soothing and refreshing stay --something I didn't expect from an airport hotel.

Fitness room could have had more equipment but it was a great perk just to have a fitness room.
