Stayed mid-week for a day to attend a gymnastics competition. The front desk was very helpful to explain where certain landmarks of interest were. He also put the other party attending the competition in the room beside us for convenience. Simple and short to find from the 401, and is located in a nice area.. Short walking distance to essential places like: groceries, the mall, coffee, restaurants, etc. Facility is older; however, the beds were great, rooms were clean, the wifi worked, and I received a great price! Would stay again.

The room was a good size. There was some used paper in the tv cubby when I arrived. The floor was nice but where the baseboards had been where stained and not pleasant. The ice machine was broken. The rest of the room was clean and the staff were very accommodating but I checked in late and left relatively early. I loved the fact that there was an iron and ironing board if I required one. Having access to a blow dryer was exceptional as well. The cost for one night for just me - low maintenance was pretty high given the location.

As stated the floor board areas were rather disgusting. The ice machine being out of order without an alternative.

Room size was excellent! Very clean, bed was extremely comfortable!!!! Despite renovations happening, the hotel was still very clean from the entrance to the hallways etc. Staff were very professional, friendly, welcoming and all around great to deal with. Well worth the stay and looking forward to the next time I am London as I will be booking there again!!!

Amazing staff

It could have been cleaner. (Hall vaccumed) Ice and vending both broken Sink in bathroom needs aerator, bathroom light needed to replaced Was glad to see work being done on the place but it definitely needs a lot of it and it seems to be going really slowly. Would have been nice to be able to use the patio but it was locked and I was told couldn't be unlocked. Parking lot in rough shape.

We were here for a day of caching. Room kept us warm throughout the night. Just off the highway, the hotel was modern and located central to where we were caching. The room was spacious but the bed was a little hard to my liking. The room had a fridge and microwave which we utilized to warm up food and make breakfast. For the price, the room was worth it.

When we arrived, the hotel didn't have our reservation from Booking.com.. Had to show my reservation on my phone to the person at the desk. He finally found us a room and gave us the room rate that I was quoted from Booking.com but my issue is that what if it was the high season and there wasn't any rooms available? Would I have a room?

The room was clean and well presented. We found the space comfortable and enjoyed the family feel the other visitors brought during our stay. The pool was used by happy children and parents enjoying the respite from the heat.

My pillow - my personal preference is a flatter one than provided. Note to self, bring these little comforts from home with next time. The AC was a little noisier than expected when watching TV but provided lovely cooling from the heat outside.

Excellent location and very supportive staff. If you are visiting London, specially the southern part of the city, then this is the place to be.

There is no elevator in the hotel. So be cautious to book upper floors if you have heavy bags.

Clam and comfortable place . Friendly crew and helpful. The most thing i like is the location of the place was great close to everything. Hudsons Mall and walmart 2 minutes walking . Macdonalds , Best Buy everything was close.

it was clean and comfortable, we used the fridge, microwave and coffee maker and the the location was very convenient for us.

Some renovations are happening on site but it’s a positive thing to see they are making improvements for the future of their business. To be clear, we were not inconvenienced at all by the renovations.

The pool wasn’t open, kinda the reason I booked the hotel was hoping for a hot tub atleast, we were in the centre of the hotel kinda thing so having to park the car away from the room…
