The hotel was about 700 meters from Union Station. An excellent walk! The hotel staff were excellent from Greet to Vacate. We had a small issue with a malfunctioning smoke alarm and power outage and when we addressed it to the staff and management they couldn't be more helpful and apologetic.

There is nothing that could have been better from out perspective. We enjoyed the entire experience. We chose this hotel to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary and it was perfect in everyway. It was close to the train station. Restaurants and shopping were all in walking distance. If we wanted to we could have had a complete stay-at-home vacation in the hotel as the pool, whirl pool, saunas and gym were top quality.

Room had two queen beds instead of doubles, which many other hotels have. Fast elevators. Great location. Easy parking.

I didn't intend to use booking.com to secure this room. booking.com ended up above the search results for Novotel. I was misled into thinking I was booking with the hotel directly. As a result, I wasn't able to apply my Accor account fully. You don't even have my name correct-- your phone representative thought that my last name was my first. I'm not a fan of booking.com. Get out of my way.

The location is great. We walked everywhere that we wanted to go.

Upon checking in no one told us about what to do for parking which would have been helpful as when checking out I asked and was told we were supposed to register our car at check in. Our bed was comfortable but very noisy! Any movement cause loud creaking noises. There also was only a comforter on the bed without a sheet which we found odd.

Central location -10 minutes from union station, and the harbour front. The distillery district is about 25 min walk and st Lawerence market was nearby. The roger center and CN tower is only a 20 minute walk too. The room was great, clean and modern. Hotel Facilities include a swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna - which was a bonus for our trip. Couldn’t fault our stay at this hotel - we would recommend to anyone visiting Toronto.

Great stay from start to finish. Lady at check-in was very welcoming - ideal after a complete disaster at the airport. Location is fantastic, rooms are well equipped and bathroom was spotless. Had breakfast included which was delicious each morning - waiting staff were brilliant. We didn't use the bar or dine there apart from that though. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful cloister architecture feature. Vintage building with modern decor very attractive. Great location. Restaurants everywhere. Hockey Hall of Fame (an unexpected treat!) around the corner. St Laurence Market walking distance and it’s incredible. Very warm and friendly staff.

Our room was dark. Only one small window and the modern decor meant no overhead lighting. I needed to iron a dress and it was frustrating to not be able to see well. The bed was also a little hard for me.

The rooms are very comfortable and wonderfully decorated. There is pretty much everything you need. Very glad they have an iron and board in the room. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location of this hotel was perfect.

I'm a two cups of coffee lady and I hate drinking it out of a paper cup. I would have preferred that they offer you at least two cups of coffee each and bring back the good old coffee cup. I also missed the body lotion.

Very modern hotel, beautifully renovated. The room was clean but very comfortable! We had a king bed with 4 fluffy pillows. Bathroom has great lighting even if there’s no window. The bar has happy hour and there’s such a nice a warm perfume ambiance when you enter the lobby. Staff are really nice!

The room doors are really heavy and some people don’t hold them when they leave or enter the room. The noise is annoying late night when you are sleeping.

Large room lots of space for luggage, hanging space and shopping etc. Super king-size bed so comfortable, great night's sleep. Great upgrade for Accor membership and lovely welcome gesture for our anniversary celebration 🎉🎂. Thank you so much, we would recommend Novotel Toronto Centre to our family and friends, great location for Lawrence Market, Distillery District and the old town. We would definitely stay here again. ☺️

I liked how close it was to main attractions.

Woke up on the second morning of our stay to discover debris in the bed that was clearly not ours (shellac nail polish peeled off in a different colour from ours, broken pen that wasn’t ours), a baby toy next to the bed (not ours) and goldfish crackers on the floor (we didn’t have goldfish).
