Very centrally located - there's a metro station and access to the PATH tunnels right outside the main entrance, and if you forgot to pack anything, the giant Eaton Centre mall is right across the street and there's a Circle K convenience store a few doors down. The main entrance and the elevators are both card key gated, so it feels quite secure. Didn't use it myself, but they also have a small gym and outside patio for guests. The staff was friendly and very accommodating - I arrived quite early in the morning and was still able to drop off my luggage for check-in, then was able to check in early a few hours later. They also gave me extra detergent and dryer sheets when I had to do a second load of laundry before checking out. Wi-fi is provided and the television options are more than adequate, including streaming if you have accounts. I didn't use the kitchen beyond the sink, fridge and the electric kettle, but I appreciated the storage space and room to move around. The bathroom is spacious, no complaints there.

The heating controls didn't seem to work normally, though the cooling did. There was no Do Not Disturb option given on the door; while I appreciated that the housekeeping staff did keep the place very clean, I didn't think I needed it every single day of the stay. Every other day would have been fine. The hotel is also right up on the street and there's a bar next door on the ground floor, so if you get a room in the front be prepared for some noise level, though it was never bad enough to keep me from falling asleep.

Very luxurious suites and affordable. Very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful although there seem to be only one person working the front desk at a time I found it difficult to contact them. But luckily through the WhatsApp I was able to contact another employee who then was able to contact the front desk, so technically it all worked out. No real complaints either. The only thing I would change would be to replenish the carbonated water daily. But again they sell bottles and they are affordable. But given the luxuriousness of the property, it would be nice to have a replenished bottle of carbonated water daily. But other than that five stars all around amazing I will totally go back. I recommend this for anybody traveling to Toronto.

I can’t really say I have many complaints. Other than the fact I was only there to sleep. I wish I could have stayed in the room more.. But that’s on me that has nothing to do with the property itself .

We were greeted by Randy (the whole staff is incredible) and he did not miss a step to check us in. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He did not have a parking FOB for use. BUT he found one and immediately we paid for it and loved it! This place was so unexpected and hit all our wants for a place as this. No complaints and cant wait to return!

When going to bed, there is a historic building next door and their floodlights to illuminate the dome of the building made it seem like it was daylight in the room. We just pulled the sheets above our heads.

The employees were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is great.There is a mall directly across the street.There is a subway station directly in front of the apartments. When a taxi is preferred you can easily get one within minutes.There is a convenience store two buildings away.The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable.

The only downside was it is close to a major hospital with a helicopter pad on the roof. I only experienced it a few times during our stay, but it was startling the first time.That being said, it is a large city, so 24/7 noise is to be expected.

Situated on Yonge Street conveniently close to Queen subway Station and opposite Eaton Mall you are in the centre of Toronto. Probably less than a mile to the lake front we often had a stroll there taking in the sights along the way. Yonge Suites are exceptional - we had a lovely one bedroom apartment with a city view. There is a kitchen, living area, desk area and dining area in one spacious room and an ensuite bathroom. In addition there's a second shower room and a closet with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Lots of other closet space for clothes/belongings. We were there for a month so had a cleaner each week - a luxury to come back to clean sheets on the bed, clean towels, dishcloths and tea towels and floors and surfaces cleaned this service is free when staying for more than seven days. The apartment is tastefully furnished in a modern way and has air conditioning - a must for Canadian summers. There were two TV's - one in the living area and one in the bedroom with cable. The kitchen is well supplied with crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, bowls, utensils and a filter coffee machine and kettle and even baking tins. There is a big fridge/freezer and large electric hob and oven. The only thing we missed was a couple of mugs as there are only cups and saucers, but a trip to Home Sense a few doors down solved that problem and we left them there for the next visitors to use. Staff members are all wonderful - so friendly and polite and nothing is too much trouble. We asked for more garbage bags (brought to the door in 5 mins) and the iron was spitting out water on steam and a new iron was waiting for us when we got back later in the day. Andreas was so helpful with disposal of a damaged suitcase from our flight over and at the end of out stay kept our luggage stored as we had an evening flight.

Nothing comes to mind and as we were there for a month you might think that something would be found wanting, but no - it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful room and friendly staff. Was checked in on to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The updates and care provide in the upcoming weeks before my stay made me feel like a VIP and would highly recommend Yonge suites for anyone trying to have a great spot for a romantic evening. Conveniently located there were lots of great places to shop and get food, and made it easy to get to on the subway + accessible easy parking.

The only thing I would improve on allowing the workers to take tips as they did such a great job and deserved a little extra!

The location was great. It was close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. They always greeted you with a smile.

Excellent location, spacious furnished apartments, prompt service, clean and tidy with daily housekeeping, comfortable furnishings, a work desk with peripherals, kitchen with full sets of cookware and dinnerware.

One of the two bathrooms was too small with the shower cubicle being extremely tiny and hard to use. We had to leave very specific instructions for housekeeping but they did promptly address all concerns.

The location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the appliances worked.

That tv system was completely foreign to us. There were no written directions at all! Without several visits from the staff, we would not have been able to watch even locally provided channels. We never were able to watch movies or series. Neither of the 2 bathrooms (because of the pedestal sinks )had any space for toiletries.

Very convenient/central location, right by the conference I was attending, pet friendly and daily pet fee is not too bad compared to other similar hotel options. Pretty good overall, great business lounge area with outside patio.

The tv and the blinds were a bit difficult to work at the suite I was in, may have been nice to have a walk-through with that at check-in. Overall friendly staff and pleasant experience, just a bit expensive for a 3 star hotel.
