The conviviality, they ll do everything to accommodate your staying. I live in montreal. And whenever there is an event or i want to experiment true staff and respect, i book the place

They made me like what i wouldnt like. But i hope they make there breakfast a little bit more pleasant then just Yogurt, bread, juice. A better diversity.. although i know the food cost nowadays but they can prevent waste and do great if they put on some efforts.

I enjoyed the room it was clean and the parking garage was right across the street. The lady at the front was very nice

The food is terrible. The restaurant had served me old stale fries with some shredded cheese and called it a poutine for with a flat beer for $30. The breakfast in the morning is i’m assuming due to Covid, but, it comes cold on a plate. You get maybe some bread, cold eggs or pancakes wrapped up on a plate. Better to eat off hotel. Specify that you would like a quiet room because this hotel is in an ok area but right under the highway so any room on that side (like ours) you will hear the loud traffic all night long.

It's a nice hotel, quiet, clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean, with nice shower and towels. Free parking. Good wi-fi.

It is really far from the city center, if you would like to walk. 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. It is also right next to a busy highway, although I had a room not facing it, and had a quiet night.

The staff here is exceptionally helpful and courteous! Hearty breakfast that includes fresh fruit. We had to book an additional 5 nights due to medical appointments and were offered a suite for a very good price.

There are no washcloths. Had to ask for soap. No big issues.

I booked for a 3-star hotel and got the service comparable to a 5-Star hotel. Team members went the extra mile. Even if they could not provide an immediate reply to my inquiry, they made sure to follow through. This shows their dedication towards their clientele's well being. I was a hotelier and this kind of commitment to excellence is rare but very much appreciated by guests. Keep it up!

It took a while for the hot water to kick in. So we had to let the water run for a while.

Parking was solid, staff very friendly and knew their stuff. Rooms newly updated and clean and over a great price and solid location

Small things like limited towels(but i kmow you can order more) the phones are old and mine got disconnected easily but like i said just very small stuff. Overall I will probably be back to enjoy the weekend there again soon

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel seems like it has been renovated recently. The free parking right across the hotel was a great bonus!

The room was not sound proof and I can hear noises in the hallway. I don't wake up easily so I still had a good night sleep. There is a coffee machine in the lobby and they had milk & cream not refrigerated and just stashed in the shelf. I had diarrhea after drinking the coffee. I would suggest the hotel put the milk & cream in an ice bucket or refrigeration of some sort.

Its a nicer property from the inside. The room was quite spacious, modern looking, and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. Overall, it appeared like the rooms were renovated to give it a more modern touch, which is great. We liked our 3-night stay. We loved the coffee machine in the lobby :)

The wifi was spotty, the room didn't have any microwave, and the breakfast could improve (limited options in pre-wrapped plates)

The variety at breakfast was limited but ok. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean. Location was great since the Metro was about 10 mins away by foot. This Metro stop allows for easy connections to other lines.

Although there was a reservation, we had to wait for a while to be checked in while the staff searched for an available room. However, we got an upgraded room which was nice and spacious.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking is free! In front of the hotel under a highway bridge. You have a free coffee machine in the lobby!

Breakfast. It is a coffee machine, some yoghurts and cereals and a bag with bread slices. Also some waffles and pancakes in a plate covered with plastic to reheat in a microwave. You can get this same breakfast in a supermarket.
