Really liked the hotel! Everything was amazing! Delicious breakfast, great selection of drinks and food. Cleanliness, swimming pool, gym - included. The stuff is great! This hotel is located 15 minutes by car from the airport. We took a taxi at the exit on the left from the arrivals area (green cars), paid 45qar to the hotel, 27qar from the hotel to the airport.

First of all the staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming as we checked-in at 11 pm. The room was great but there was some few things that the cleaning team missed as the spot was tricky to reach, I left some notes the next day at the room and after we came back in the afternoon, the staff did just an amazing! job. The lady in the hotel club was very kind and doing her job properly. This place will be on our list to visit again.

The pool area needs more attention.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and very helpful, probably the best part of my one week stay. They even got me a birthday cake since my stay coincided with my birthday, which was quite unexpected. Staff at the front desk were very helpful during check-in as well as check-out. Valet service was very convenient The in-room dining was delicious, they had a good variety of options and the all of them were great. I ended up ordering Room Service almost every day, which was not something I was planning to do

There was a bad smell in the bathroom coming from the drainage, which I hope the hotel would look into fixing. The staff offered to change my room when I reported the issue, but I had already unpacked so I didn't want to move everything to another room, so all I could do was endure it. Even though it was delicious, I found that the in-room dining was quite expensive Wifi was mostly ok, but quite slow at times. Could definitely be improved

Nothing special. The personal was polite but not really friendly accept cleaning room personal who was friendly and efficient. I choose a wrong place because I want be near airport but finally not so different about distance with Hyatt in centrum which is more superior , nothing to compare!

Impossible to take a shower at a suitable temperature, or else too hot or too cold. Unacceptable for a hotel which pretend of this category. The room furnitures old. The Spanish restaurant to expensive compare to quality. Only outside restaurant with Lebanese food ok. The red wine by glass not good.

The Hotel offers 4/5 stars services. I was given a large and super clean room at the 6th floor. The bed was super comfortable. It was possible to regulate A/C. The bathroom was big and included a nice large shower and bidet. There are several restaurants +an outdoor pool and a jazz club(which I did not try). This is definitely a high standard hotel. We got easily to the hotel from the airport in about 10' with a cheap uber taxi. Overall, I would definitely choose this hotel again when in long (e.g. > 8 hours) transit in Doha airport. The souq and the museums are easily reachable by uber from the hotel.

Overly expensive espresso coffee at the bar on arrival discouraged further using the hotel restaurants.

The staff were very friendly, particularly Winnie in the breakfast room and Maria in the Spa. Breakfast was an extensive variety of food. The gym was large, with good range of equipment. The best part was that the Spa facilities were complimentary. You can use the warm Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and outdoor pool, shower facilities all for free. There is a separate ladies area to men’s, so it is a comfortable space to be in. After check out, they allow you to use the Spa facilities. I was also given complementary late check out.

I liked everything

Nice and spacious hotel. I liked the rooms in terms of size and style. I also found the bed very comfortable. Rain shower was also pleasant. I liked the fact that we had a complementary coffee & tea machines in the room, sleepers + bath robe. That was wonderful after a long flight. Reception staff was prompt, attentive and fast.

Furniture in the room was not very modern but overall not the main point of our dissatisfaction. We had lunch at spaces restaurant and service was really bad as well as the food. We got a smelly Dorada and a green salad that was half filled with onions. waiter ignored us although there was just very few guests. Nobody asked us if we enjoyed the food :(. The caffe in the lobby also had employees that were not interested in guests. they told us to come back another time :(.

Near the airport, and it was very nice spacious property, modern amenities and comfortable 5 star bed and room. The service is also excellent, the bellhop are very helpful even at midnight or 4am, they also are very flexible and allowed a very late checkout. We stayed here twice, highly recommended, we will be back

Breakfast was just OK and pricy. It costs about 40usd per adult and I won't be eating breakfast there again

Good restaurants. Amazing buffet! Great service. Very good value for money for a 5 star hotel. Good location for a stopover, near the airport, approximately 10 minutes ride by taxi or uber.

It is very hard to find anything negative about this hotel, the only thing I could think of is the lack of new shining of the room. It is inavitable, it can't be new after years of usage, but it is very clean and well maintained, but just not new. Otherwise, everything is superb and I would stay in this hotel again.
