The value of money and staff like Rai, lavina and raaz are wonderful as they are accommodating.

After 2 or 3 days of my check out I received a message and unfortunately it's so unprofessional that one of the staff messaged me privately of his intentions towards me. As a code of conduct of a hotelier never ever engage anything to any of your guests privately. It's frustrating that my identification, my personal information and my privacy was passed to any of the staff for personal reasons.

Easy to get to from airport. Good price. Comfortable, Clean and breakfast was cheap and good.

Someone from the hotel stole my credit card details and tried to transact a large sum after I had left using the talabat delivery. 4600qar worth. It could have only been the hotel as that is the only location that I took out my credit card to pay for anything in Doha and I only transited there for 8hrs. Luckily I was able to stop this with my bank.

Similar to some others, I had a 21 hour layover, checking in at 6 a.m. on day 1 and checking out at 10pm on the same day. Thank you TA reviewers for recommending this hotel for this circumstance. I was looking for nearby the hotel, clean, quiet, a good bed and a hot shower. All at an incredible price, even though I had to pay for a technical two night stay. There was no wavering on that -- no flexibility to cut the cost. At the equivalent of $55 USD per night. Premier Inn delivered! Check in was quick and efficient. Technically they had me as a "no show" but that was corrected rapidly. I was assigned a low floor room overlooking what turned out to be a quiet neighborhood street with excellent air conditioning (a must!!), a firm and comfortable king bed, working HDTV and all the minimum necessities. Towels were decent, and I felt secure. The shower is a bit challenging to get in/out of but not any different from most European hotels. Hot water is in abundance and the water pressure was good. The room itself is a bit dated but clean. It was perfect for my needs. Still being awake, after a hot shower, went down for breakfast which I paid for separately. The servers were incredibly nice, and the American style buffet was tasty and again quiet fairly priced. You could, at no extra cost, order customized items like pancakes (which were just a tad undercooked) but tasty. If I had capacity, I would have gotten more food but I was completely satisfied, considering the total cost of $14 USD. I slept very comfortably and had access to a tiny but effective fitness room. It got the job done. Before departing the hotel, rather than leaving and walking to a nearby restaurant in 100 degree (dry heat) restaurant in an unknown neighborhood, I chose to stay in and eat supper at an inviting hotel bar, neatly tucked into the same dining room area as breakfast. They had an abundance of HDTVs set on various sporting events (mostly soccer).

The rooms are a bit dated but quiet acceptable and clean. small fitness room.

I liked everything about this Hotel. It is clean and each time I left room and came back, my room and beds were tidy and towels were fresh. Reception staff also very good. Bell boy.. I didn't see that 3 star hotel has bell boy who can help to get your luggage to your room. And breakfast also rich and lot of healthy options to eat as well. Location is very close to Souq Waqif market and all other places such as museums. There are 2 different MosqueS in two sides of the Hotel which is walking distance. KEEP UP up your service and I wish this hotel soon will get 4 and 5 🌟 hotel reyting.
