Except for the three things i didn't like (which are listed below), i loved everything else. I'll be coming back again here.

1. The food menu didn't cater for kids. So it became a challenge to feed the little one, we ended up having to go outside. Eating out is not a bad idea especially around the Waterfall area, but sometimes you want to stay in.... 2. Smart TV only had YouTube and DSTV. In the day and age of streaming, make available all the other streaming apps and let people use their login details to access the content when away from home. 3. The pillows were not comfortable at all. Only realized on Day 3 that i could request other types.

We had a lovely short stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the mall (walking distance), a short Uber drive to restaurants in the area as well. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. will definitely be heading back for both work and leisure trips.

On arrival, the lady checking us in at reception appeared to be a bit clueless as to how to check us in correctly. Insisting that I had only booked one room when I had booked two, and furthermore telling me that I had not paid for either room even after I had showed her proof of payment from my emails. She eventually had to call another staff member to assist and once he arrived there seemed to be no issues or accusations. The check-in process took roughly 30 minutes due to this.

The service is wow... the location of the hotel is ideal for shopper's, the mall is literally next door. The room is exactly as advertised. The interior design in the hotel is a breath of fresh air, well organised and modern. The bar on the 9th floor is a must, the food is good, cocktails are just 👌.

The only thing which they may consider to add are other gym equipments for example a 2nd treadmill, they have only one and if someone is using it you will have to use either stepper or other equipments which involves lifting weights.

The property is very nice

The duvet cover is waaayyyyy to hot for summer - a THIN blanket would be a great addition to room Would be good to have a knife &fork as standard in the room - i often work at night and grab something to eat on route from the office I always ask for a memory foam pillow - was told "it's already out" --> please have a few more

The reception staff is very welcoming and professional. The hotel aesthetics are lovely, modern and unique. Its in a great location with lots to do around it.

The restaurant waitresses need a lot of training. They avoided eye contact from the time I approached the restaurant, even though they were standing doing nothing. I sat for a whole 2 hours (her argument was that I had earphones on) and only got attended to twice (and that's because I decided to stand up and go to the bar myself). I was very disappointed and felt disrespected. I would not bring someone to the restaurant at all. The breakfast has a huge room for improvement, especially since all the bread we were served was stale even after it being returned. Food was good overall but the bacon can be prepared in another way (it was too salty and oily as if it had been recooked)

It was my anniversary and I had sent them a request for them to make the room romantic and they exceeded expectation, it was really beautiful. I loved every second of it, I like how close it was to mall of Africa as it allowed us to basically take a night walk and feel safe. We had a beautiful view, and the breakfast was amazing

There was a lot of wind outside and it resulted in there being a whistling sound in the room, it was there the whole night

Very convenient when you want to do a bit of shopping in Mall Of Africa

Was with my toddler who tripped and fell right on the stoop that runs across the bottoms of the window. He got a nasty cut and we rushed him tho the hospital which was about 3min from the Hotel. He got 3 stitches, even though the hotel management was made aware it’s sad that no one made a follow up to at least note the incident and make other families aware.

Well I like everything about courtyard...the staff is very friendly very very friendly dnt wanna be tempted to mention names lol, the staff, very gentlemen and friendly women.I love shopping, I can park my car and walk to the mall. I'm also doing my therapies with skin renewal for 04 years now. So everything is around me. You know what...I cnt wait for breakfast all the time lool, oh I love the food, lots of choices in almost everything...can go on and on ....im most likely to choose breakfast for supper As well..

Ohk with courtyard, I have a resolution with self to always ask for upper floors, preferably floor 04 lately, struggle a lot with sinus, very sensitive can easily smell jst about anything so if it's off I react quickly. I dnt like lower floors, cnt explain it but the air there is not as fresh as up up lol..I wake up blocked sometimes with headache down there. Maybe is in my mind dnt know... But I know what I know

Excellent! it’s a pity I only had little time to properly spend at the hotel but I love the aesthetics of the whole room decor, gives me Japanese vibes with bdsm leather undertones …😂😂😂 loved the location close to Mall of Africa and the beautiful restaurants; I still need to return to have better review on them.

that the pool is right in front of the restaurant chillers; I like my pool away from too many eyes; especially those having food…it makes me aware and uncomfortable to do my laps and enjoy the pool…like actually swimming…otherwise, everything is beautiful!
