Breakfast was great, beans could be added to every breakfast as it provides sauce for each meal. The pool facilities was great, aqua clases could be also organised earlier at least once a week.

The AC and heating was broken for about 2days and the engineer never turned up to fix it. Nevertheless the hotel is really beautiful

Personally the location was good for me as I wanted to be in Istanbul but not close to the tourist sites as it gets extremely busy and noisy in them areas. This area was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was amazing, they have literally everything. The hotel has a gym, pool and spa which was really good. Customer service was excellent. Zineb who is the guest relations manager was fantastic, she made sure our stay was comfortable and kept in regular contact for any of our requirements. Ahmet who was at the Spa reception was amazing, he made sure I was taken care of at the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, I had my 1 yr old son with me and they gave me an upgrade to a bigger room which we definitely needed due to the little one running around! The room service was great and food was available 24/7, I would say a little on the pricey side but very delicious. Taxis are available outside on the main road most of the times, you can always ask reception if you needed one.

There were a few issues at the Rose spa with a certain lady at the reception not sure why she was in a mood. Kind of ruined the experience

Aşkim, the concierge manager, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay. Zeinab, the head of guest relations, exuded warmth and professionalism. Dalma from the catering team with her infectious smile that brightened each interaction. One aspect that stood out was the constant, inviting aroma that enveloped the hotel. It created an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury, leaving a lasting impression. Every detail was attended to, making my time there truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for a refined and memorable stay.

Initially, I was concerned about the lack of nearby shops, but to my surprise, there were plenty within walking distance. The presence of "Axis Mall," a large shopping destination with numerous shops and cafes, added to the convenience. Taxis lined up across the road from the hotel, and quick services like Uber or BI Taxi ensured swift transportation, making exploring the area hassle-free.

Breakfast super. Zineb was kind and asking if there are anything wrong or that they can do better. Most of the staff are friendly. Spa and gym is very good and exceptional. Spa not mixed so good point as I stayed in different hotel in istanbul and Spa is mixed.

I booked double room and asked for early check-in. When we arrived the receptionist told us our room is not ready and he can upgrade the room to family room and he can check in but we have to pay extra so I said no then we left our luggage and returned at check-in time and we were offered the family room because there wasn’t any double room. So receptionist only told us the check in is at 3pm and our room will be ready but from the beginning he knows there are only family rooms available and they have one ready but he wants us to pay extra and when we refused then he made us wait from morning till check in time. It was very bad thing to do

Rooms are clean and spacious, very helpful staff, guest relations representative Zineb Zaid was very nice and friendly during our stay, she helped recommend to us the top spots to visit and how to navigate the city, she offered to assist us in everything needed every day with customized suggestions on what to do and visit in the city for each day during our stay, even going so far as to organize customized plans and itineraries day by day to make the most out of our visit to Istanbul. The stay was extra comfortable and enjoyable thanks to her. Would definitely visit the hotel again. The location of the hotel is also nice, not too far from the city center. The breakfast in the morning is also very good.

An incredible place! Amidst a city known for its scams and deceit, this hotel stands out with its honest, friendly, and hardworking staff. It was my first and, unfortunately, last time in Istanbul, but it offered a unique experience. I witnessed two extremes – the truly honest, diligent, and friendly hotel staff, and the ruthlessly shameless cheaters scattered throughout the city.

The hotel is amazing. but the city is full of cheaters and scammers. Taxi drivers, restaurants, shops every one tried to cheat me. The worst city I ever visited.

I spent a week in DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Topkapi and everything was flawless. Upon my arrival I was warmly greeted by Zinab Zaid from Guest Relations, who always made sure during our stay that the hotel met our expectations and that we were satisfied and it is something I really appreciated. I stayed in a single room with a Queen Bed. The rooms are wide, big, clean and had all the amenities, the gym is wide with a class for pilates, a spinning studio, a ping pong table and even a small boxing ring! Staff is very professional and helpful and we checked in and out with ease. Highly recommend it.

The hotel is around an hour drive from the hotel and a little far from the city, but transportation was easy as there was taxis always around and it was worth it.

The room with wooden flooring is great, clean, and looks much better than carpets. Breakfast was great with plenty of options of taste. I was not happy with the first room I was allocated. After contacting the Guest Relations manager Ms. Zineb Zaid, she promptly responded with an apology and upgraded my room to a much better one.

Hard to reach the Hotel location without a car. Rooms with carpet flooring have accumulated spotty dirt and, a bad smell when switching the AC on. The first room had an issue with the bed mattress, it was an uneven bed from its sides.

Room was spacious and my bathroom was big too. Mind the graveyard view (I read that online before) it was fine. Staff for friendly and helpful, location suited me well.

Would love to have a room at upper level, but that did not happened. Also, I had a deal from booking, that the Hilton hotel did not want to match, so I booked via booking. What is doubtful, according to the hotel policy I needed to pay for my 5 night stay with breakfast in advance... yeah right. I did pay, however, this was the first time doing so in 20+ years of travel.
