Location of the hotel was great! Major attractions were within walking distance. Shantel, also known as Shanny Mae, was awesome! She was working the breakfast area, but she made sure all of our needs were taken care of and addressed. She was great!

Front desk staff was not very friendly. We spoke to 2 different front desk agents, and both were not very friendly. When we approached them, they seemed to be bothered by guests. Hotel had only one elevator working, so to get on the elevator, it was a long wait at times. When we go to the room, one of the dressers had a loose handle on the drawers. The TV in the living area also didn't work. Maintenance eventually fixed the problems.

The location was great. Close to the interstate, restaurants, museums, Clinton Library and other interesting sites. It was also close to the location where my wife had train. The room was large and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was also very secure. Your room key card had to be used for the elevator.on the first floor as well as the garage. They had a great breakfast each day. On Wed they had a reception from 5-630 in the Lobby. I also had to use the business center for some study and research. Great all around. BTW...there are great restaurants close by.

There is a $10 per day charge to park. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Good location, friendly staff. Nice property and amenities. Decent breakfast. Pleasantly comfortable for a family of 5. The queen beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen had a small cooktop, kitchen sink, garbage disposal, regular size refrigerator, and dishwasher. We didn't use the outside grills, pool, or basketball court, but we did enjoy sitting by the firepit at night.

The dishwasher didn't work and parking was $10 a day. The couch bed could use an upgrade. The kids felt the springs in the thin mattress. The shower flooded the floor if the curtain was not properly tucked into the tub.

The breakfast was really good. There was a variety of food for even my children who are picky eaters. I liked the kitchen in the room. It was equipped with a dishwasher (super handy). I also appreciated the paper towels! I forgot to pack those. The pool was a huge hit with my children. Loved the pool!

The pillows and bed were not comfortable. My husband complained the bed was too hard. I woke up with pain in my shoulder and neck (I think it was from the pillow). Everything else was fantastic.

Staff was very nice & someone was cleaning at all times. Love the free breakfast (although would be nice to switch it up some) which was much nicer than usual places. Especially loved the Wed. night FREE dinner + drinks! Nice surprise.

Keep parking garage closed b/c it seemed anyone could come in easily. Didn't like being forced to sign up for rewards just to get free wifi.

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel this time, we went out for breakfast each day, I like the way you get into the front door of the hotel, also the staff was friendly and helpful in the everyday operations.

Keeping the gate to the parking lot close & locked, so that nobody that is not staying here, can come in to the amenities that is for the guest of the hotel. I remember a few years ago that you needed your room key card to get in from the parking area.

Every time I went to the front desk the staff was soooo friendly and helpful!!! Everyone was so friendly I am very pleased with this entire staff also the breakfast every morning was phenomenal.

This is my 2nd stay at this property. I’m usually at the Embassy, but the location, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff was great last time, so I decided to come back. It’ll be my hotel or choice for future LR visits.

The location was good. The parking garage was very convenient. The rooms were comfortable. I felt like there was plenty of space.

The breakfast was good; however, the milk was kind of weird because it was so thick. Only concern was a need for thicker blankets.
