Wow, I was for a change OVERWHELMINGLY pleased with my stay! I wholeheartedly recommend this location to any weary travelers & those in need of reassurance that people still care! Front desk was jovial and helpful, staff was always greeting visitors and cared about your satisfaction! Never met manager, but I might have hugged them, because the excellence was in every employee…that is very rare, these days. The free breakfast was hot, well thought out, ever changing and delicious 😋! We stayed 5 nights and the awesomeness was ever present! Pool was heated & salty clean! What a joy it is to share about this freshly updated facility…9 of 10 for sure!!! Marcus M, World Traveler.

Service from front desk staff. We had not made a reservation for a private room for our daughter, who was with us and was to stay with her grandmother that night (she lives in the Villages). However, we arrived so late that we didn't want to disturb grandma, as we would be driving to Disney the next day and we asked for a private room for our daughter. They were very accommadating and immediately found a room for her across the hall from our room. Friendliness from maintenance/cleaning staff and friendliness from front desk staff was great, too.

Location was perfect since I was visiting relatives in the Villages. Breakfast was a mix of cereals or eggs/omelet bacon/sausage biscuit/gravy. Also a variety of breads and danish.

I thought it was overpriced especially since there was a significant increase for Friday and Saturday nights. This was an emergency visit since my brother was dying (he passed away on Friday) and the cost really hurt this senior citizen since it was an unexpected journey. I know-not your problem. Also, they ran out of orange juice! How do you have a facility in FLORIDA and not have orange juice??

Bed was super comfortable, staff did everything to make our stay easy. It was a great experience, the cleaning staff was especially helpful.

eggs were pretty bad, stuff was left in the refrigerator (like boiled eggs) not cleaned out and replaced. Not a problem for me as I don't eat that stuff. I found what I needed.

Property very clean. Someone was always seen mopping floors, cleaning up, emptying trash. Had our dog with us so we had a pet friendly room on first floor near side door. So easy to just walk out door. Didn’t have to bring the dog through the lobby. Pet friendly room was exceptionally clean. Would never even know pets stay there. Large enough parking lot. Breakfast items, the usual you would find. They were well stocked and on top of it. Cold lemon water available at all times. We usually stay at Hilton properties, so I was a bit skeptical, but Had a great experience here, with staff on top of everything. (Better than the recent Hamptons we’ve stayed at)

Pet fee is a flat fee of 49.95, no matter how many nights you stay.

Very poor wifi. Also, tv had ads for service provider coming on side of TV every couple minutes...irritating.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly and very helpful when ask questions. Just yesterday, I received a call from Comfort Suites Villages, FL to tell me they found my ring that I left behind.

Very thin walls. We were able to hear our neighbor next door snoring during the night. We were there for 5 nights. Most nights were quiet. I assume the snorer had a two night stay.

well maintained, friendly/helpful staff, good breakfast that was hot & plentiful. And they are pet friendly

no TV guide on the remote, nor any “info” button… not able to choose without just scrolling through..

there was a mistake made on my end on booking dates and the daytime attendant was very accommodating to helping resolve the situation

the night time attendant said there was nothing he could do to resolve a booking error I had made. He was still pleasant but not sympathetic to my situation.

Breakfast was ok , the staff was great , except for the crabby lady at the front desk , never said good morning good bye hello . She was miserable .
