Good wifi, very useful in-hotel store. Coffee in lobby. Pleasant housecleaning staff. Helpful front desk staff. Very reliable airport shuttle. Close to pancake house, thai restaurant, dry cleaner, and a conenience store with good deli.

Older rooms. I have been at this hotel for weeks, off and on, but unfortunately this time (after a 2 week stay), I started getting irritated eyes. Eye doctor says this often happens in carpeted hotels. The showers sometimes show just a touch of mold (though they are obviously cleaned well), and there is no venting in the bathrooms. Also, in a previous room (717) it was clear the air vents needed cleaned. So - great for shorter stays, but you don't want to live there!

Rooms and individual elevator floor landings are quite dated but beds are comfortable with 4 pillows. Building has thick walls. We sleep well as rooms are quiet. Airport shuttle works religiously on the hour - it is a godsend. My husband and I use it nearly every day of our long stay at this hotel. Housekeeping is attentive. Lobby can get busy. Coffee is out in the lobby in the morning and around dinnertime. The small shop in the hotel is great - has essentials like haircutting scissors, OTC medicines, snacks, and even some good icecream. Security has assisted me when a loud argumentative guest going to the cruiseport made me worry about getting safely to my room by myself ... they did not dismiss my concern but escorted me up. When a toilet backed up (water flushes somewhat slowly) maintenance was at my room within 10 minutes. So - it is a solid reliable hotel. The hotel restaurant is adequate but reasonably priced. This is a good older hotel when you need to stay for a while, and don't need luxury features. Plus it has parking, which is great. Also, there's a nearby Thai restaurant, dry cleaner, Denny's, fast food, hardware store, and a great deli with wine selection all within a short walking distance.

On busy cruise days it can get chaotic in the lobby but the hotel handles the load well, and piles everyone into cruise transport buses pretty quickly. Some air vents and ceilings need cleaned (visit 719 for example), and painting the trim around the doorways would help the appearance.

Location and interior cleanliness. On premises parking was the primary reason I chose this hotel. This is definitely a "do not judge a book by its cover" situation. The neighborhood is maybe not the best and the exterior of the hotel is not at all representative of the inside however, once inside it is very nice.

The exterior of the building is extremely rough. It needs a complete cleaning and the entire building needs to be painted. The outside does not represent the inside of the building at all. Also, I have stayed here several times and have yet to find the pool. The on site restaurant also was not very good but in fairness, we only tried it once.

Free hourly shuttle to the airport. Staff on front desk were incredibly friendly and our room was huge, clean and had comfy beds. Blackout curtains gave us a great sleep; it was really quiet. We had clean, fluffy towels and a great coffee machine. The mini fridge and microwave would have been useful if we’d stayed longer; we saw other people ordering takeout to their rooms but had already eaten. There’s an IHOP and McDonald’s round the corner for breakfast. Bad reviews must be from frustrated customers who were put up here after missing their flights.

I don’t think the hotel breakfast was included and didn’t look great.

Staff was amazing and helpful, it was a really clean hotel, with a cute little gift shop inside, the housekeeping is so genuine and helpful, outside is a really nice area, no homeless people or violence, no issues! the AC works works amazing, very great pricing, they really impressed me and I’m pretty picky. Me and my Man stayed for 9 days, and we would stay again.

I wish they would build a pool, it would make them a very top competitor to luxury hotels!

Everything The Location. The room was nice and clean, The shuttle service was great and the staff was nice and very helpful. And i must say, the food from the onsite restaurant was great!! Honestly, im not sure why people gave this hotel any bad reviews, its just what you paid for and more, this place is nice and view of the Airport runway from the room was great as well. It's just what you are looking for and we will be back.

Facilities were clean and bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful.

On the way to the pier the female driver told me the cost was $20. I found out while talking to other passengers that it was $12. I asked the driver about it, and she stated she thought it was her tip. Really, a prepaid tip of eight dollars on a twelve dollar charge ? Who does that? She gave me back my eight dollars. I did tip her $3 at the pier.

I really enjoyed staying at Mustique Apartments. The hOtrobanda area captures the soul of Curacao and this property and staff captures the soul of Curacao people. The area is vibrant and allows guests to meet locals and relax in an authentic neighborhood. Cleanliness was spot on and the amenities comfortable. I can’t fault this property! I was waiting downstairs for my ride and a member of staff switched on the small AC unit for me. Such thoughtful service! Especially as power is very expensive here! Highly recommended!

so I had a friend over for the night and the over night lady was ask who’s car it was because it was in the hotels parking lot, when she didn’t find any listings with the owner of the cars name she just let them take the car with no info no card no tow name nothing, I asked her if it happen before and she said no never, than proceeded to tell me that it happens when people cars get repoed, I said of soooooo you only do not take

Thank the Staff for giving me directions from the location I kept getting lost at. I arrived just before 11pm, but I just 5 miles from the Hotel where I picked up my car around 9pm. Affordable, Thank you. WiFi was on phone was good. Very convenient to the Airport. Having a Refrigerator and Microwave was a plus.

I do not care much myself for happy hour, but many more people than I enjoy Happy Hour, so I guess that is best for your Hotel. However, I did miss not having a Continental Breakfast.
