It was nice and clean

There was no microwave and paying to park is alot

I liked that it was close to restaurants and the airport.

The only thing I didn't like is the smell from the carpet . Smelled alittle like mildew.

I love the atmosphere there. I love the fact that the hotel has designated areas for smoking and its a relaxing area as well. I also like that you're not harassed by the staff about smoking your cigarettes being the fact that you're not allowed to smoke in the rooms, some people need that to relax from the day they just endured.

There should be extra wash clothes and towels provided. Especially if the hotel knows that there is a family that will be staying. Even though it was my husband and I, we were only provided 1 wash cloth and towel a piece for the whole weekend we were there. Nobody wants to wash their body with the same bath cloths and towels daily. It's unsanitary; especially for a female.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The power was out when I arrived because of a storm, but the staff was still helpful and efficiently checked me in. It was an excellent location for my service animal. It's really close to the airport and convenient.

There was one person at the front desk that was a bit rude in the morning, she was preoccupied with my pet and where my room was, even though it was not my fault and i had no idea I wasn't supposed to be in the room I was assigned.

The shuttle to and from the airport was awesome. Every half hour and you don't have to call. I used it to get to the MARTA station. Usually took about a half hour to get to Centennial Park area. I also used it to get to the airport for an early flight. Room was clean and comfortable. Pretty standard. Close to a Waffle House ( bad) McDonald's (ok) and a hopping restaurant/bar Spondivits (great). There was a small self service area that sold sodas, sandwiches and microwave "meals". Pretty handy. The room was nice. The space was a good space it was clean. you need to have at least 4 sets of towels in each rooms. I like to take a shower when i get there and another in the morning when i get up.

there was some disturbances next door they was kicking and beating on the door we was in 526 then we had to pack up and move to another floor i didn't like that we packed up just to unpack. Parking should be included in the price unless you doing valet parking

The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The water pressure was amazing! The room appeared clean. We also appreciated the shuttle service to the airport!

The desk staff were not friendly. "Credit card, here's your key". At checkout, without even looking at me, "Drop your keys in the box, Ma'am!". My bill wasn't explained to me. I got stuck in Atlanta due to weather and had to find a room quickly. Online it said the room was $101. It was actually $149, almost 50% more. I think that was misleading.

everything was great and comfortable. I really love the location and the food. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. It was very close to my long-distance family members who I made this trip to see.

I mean, if you are making a reservation to stay at the hotel from out of state. Then you shouldn’t be responsible for paying to park. I mean it’s not a big charge and it’s only a one time fee so I mean at the end of the day it still is Ok that it’s just my only complaint.

The Beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The only issue I had was having to leave it to bring myself to go to work . Otherwise I would have just laid there and had an actual staycation

My only dislike was I didn’t get the information at check in about how my keycard was also to utilize for parking lot entry and exit as well. So I had actually paid two nights of parking using the ticket system because I didn’t know to use my keycard for entry and exit.

Khloe was dealing with an irate person when we arrived. She handled the customer with the utmost patience and friendliness. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful when she checked us in. Rosetta made us feel at home. I can’t say enough about how she would be the reason we would return to Sonesta. Irma ( I think that’s her name) in the restaurant was also a Star employee. These three employees plus one more who came to help Khloe from another department are the reason I would recommend and stay again at Sonesta North.
