The room and bathroom were clean, the air conditioning worked. I can't say anything about the breakfast, because we didn't have breakfast. Several restaurants (including fast food like KCF, Wendy's Panda Express, Chipotle,..) are within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance.

At check-in they could not find our reservation so several staff members were busy looking for it. Finally they found the booking somewhere in the system. The staff at the front desk were the first in my life who were not able to call us a cab. "We don't do that. Here are some business cards, call your own cab."

Bed was comfortable and location was great. Also had a fridge and microwave which was an added plus. I definitely feel it should be rated more than 2 stars. There were other hotels next door that were twice as much. We were looking for a decent place to sleep at a fair price and they exceeded both expectations.

Had some unruly guest arguing in the middle of the night, but not necessarily the property owners fault.

When I was originally booking for the property, I had wrote a message to them asking for a quiet room. They did exactly that! It was quiet and very clean. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast we were very happy about. Great little spot, and we will definitely be back again :)

Honestly, for what we were looking for, all of the facilities were prefect for us.

It was in a good spot. It was clean. The breakfast was good.

The bathroom door It was very hard to open and close it was to close to the toilet . And the chair we had in our room was dirty like it had stains. They didn’t have a lot of channels to choose from on the tv.

I liked the location of the hotel, it was close to a lot of good places to eat.

I didn’t like that there was no type of service after check- in, we asked for new towels and we’re told we needed to come grab them ourselves although no a big deal a little inconvenient.

The room was comfortable and clean location to restaurants were great 👍 and the value was very good. Would come again.

Only one complaint the ice machine broke down, but I was in and out most of the time so it wasn't a biggy.

We stayed here twice back in February. We did a road trip to visit family in 2 different locations. We stayed here on our way north, then again as we headed back south. We were pleased enough with everything that when we flew up for another family event, we stayed here again. The rooms are very clean, the beds very comfortable. The staff was amazing! They were working short handed, yet gave the guests as much individual attention as they could. I would stay here again in the future!

We were a little disappointed that the breakfast was still grab and go. Saturday morning we got a banana, danish, and granola bar. Sunday and Monday we at least got burritos in order to have something hot, and with protein. At least keep doing that as long as you do grab and go.

Staff was great! The person that lives there and takes care of the pool and cleans was so awesome! Pool was a bit cold, I couldn't get in but my son loved it. Room was alright.

When I was on booking.com I filtered wanting a hotel close to the Georgia Aquarium and on Booking.com it said I was only .5 miles away, that was a flat out LIE. We were no where near the Georgia Aquarium, we were like 30 mins away and with traffic further than that. The issue we had wasn't work the hotel, it was with BOOKING.com

This hotel was excellent for our budget. This is an older style hotel with rooms accessible from the outside so there is a good bit of foot traffic by the room. However, the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was newer. We had a microwave, refrigerator, blow dryer, iron, etc. The pool was open and clean. The pool furniture was all new. The breakfast was grab and go at this time but they have a really nice kitchen area that would support hot breakfasts when they are able to offer those again. The staff was very friendly. They appeared to have ample staff including hosts and house keeping. Great place to stay for a family on a budget.
