Breakfast was very disappointing. Juice machine was "out of order," and there was no replacement for juice. Also, only bread was available--not bagels or muffins; finally frozen "pastries" were brought out when we asked if they had "run out" of food. (And this was early in the morning.) No cream cheese or hard-boiled eggs. Though cheese omelets in hot-tray were tasty.

Breakfast was good. the manager was very kind, willing to help in anything we needed. I wish some of the personal in the front desk were a little more welcoming. the room was very clean. I will go back again!

The way the person in the front desk welcomed us. I did have some issues with the las night cancellation. they charged me for three nights instead of two because I cancelled the last one but when I talked to the manager and he solve the problem

location to the area was great. Hilton head and Savannah were no more than 30 minutes.

was told we could check in at noon but upon arrival at noon after a lengthy drive, we were told it would be 3hrs. It was just an over night trip for daughters gymnastics meet Saturday so we just changed our plans for the arrival day.

The gentleman who checked us in on 10/22 about 2:30 pm was wonderful! Professional. Polite. The room was very clean and comfy.

The Continental breakfast was very very limited. Only 6 Jimmy Dean biscuits were available and were gone in a few minutes. How about some fruit? Something hot? Kitchen staff were very nice as were all staff. You need a couple benches for people to sit outside at the front. Coming from cooler locations we wanted to enjoy the sun, but could not.

Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was good, convenient. The location was close to where we needed to be.

We received a call that said "due to overbooking, we were not going to get the king bedroom I had reserved. The desk clerk however gave us what we had reserved.

Everything overall. I had surgery & needed recovery time, with peace & quiet. The manager & staff made sure that I was comfortable. I loved the hot tube, it really made me feel pampered after my surgery. I appreciate all your f the efforts made to help make my stay as relaxing as possible. With Infinite Gratitude, Tammy

The rooms are really spacious and clean. Great location close to everything

The washing machine were not working. The pool is really small. Same breakfast options every morning.

It had some restaurants in walking distance that we eat. It had a pool although weather was not good to do so. Rooms were clean and had what was stated on website.

No real continental breakfast although maybe due to COVID but when you think continental u think buffet style with at least sausage, grits bacon, eggs creal,muffins , bagels as other choices and served every day.

Room size was great. Nice sitting area. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great location with lots of restaurants in short walking distance. Kroger in shopping center if you need anything.

Skimpy initial towel allocation unless you ask. I don't know how hotels miss the concept of how much my wife likes ample towels vs just one. Staff is not easily reachable at front desk always. You may have to shout back into the office.

Staff very friendly and check on us daily. We were able to get additional towels upon request and bed linen. Housekeeping limited for cleaning due to our extended stay and covid.

King size bed need bigger pillows. Breakfast was very limited due to covid. Only cereal, Jim Dean frozen breakfast sandwiches, juice, and coffee available.
