Organization and appearance of lobby and outdoor entrance - had a little seating area with two rocking chairs and an old English-looking telephone booth and lots of foliage with outdoor party lights hanging above the path. Liked the fresh bananas and apples for guests to take at their pleasure. It has a really nice outdoor entertainment area with fireplace and grill and pool. People were hanging out and grilling despite the heat and humidity. The breakfast and dining area were top notch.

Not a big fan of requesting housekeeping. I can understand asking for new towels but I do like to have my bed made when I'm paying for a stay and I do like to have my tiny, little wastepaper baskets emptied each day (without asking). I guess the asking is not that big a deal.

The property was beautiful with the trail and lake so close. We saw ducks and turtles which our son enjoyed. The hotel was clean and modern. Air conditioning was excellent in room. The room was very nice and I liked the soap, shampoo and lotion that is provided. Free breakfast was good as well. Front desk staff was nice and helpful.

The beds were not as comfortable as other hotels. Breakfast was until 10am but staff was already putting items away at 9:45. They were not as friendly as other staff. If breakfast is advertised until 10 am. It should start being put away AT 10 and not earlier. Minor inconvenience overall it is a great hotel.

I liked the room; the area was peaceful and quiet. I had hoped for a better view based on the online pictures. The location was close to many stores and restaurants.

The breakfast options were very limited. I tried the premade omelet, and it reminded me of a Dunkin Donuts egg and cheese wrap, but worse. The fresh fruit options were limited to apples and bananas. You need to offer more options for guest that don't eat pork products or processed foods. The facility had only one working elevator and that is simply unacceptable for the capacity of the hotel.

The breakfast that was included was very good. We were extremely happy with our stay here and would definitely stay again when we are traveling back that way again! THANK YOU!

Everything about our stay was great except one MINOR thing, the pillows were pretty bad in our opinion. If we had more room (we are moving and really didn't have a inch left for anything) we would have brought our own. Of course, it's OUR OPINION so they may be just fine for others.

The location, in a quiet area, but very convenient to the highway. The room was spacious and clean. The gentleman at the front desk, Olivier, was very friendly and efficient.

The carpet in the bedroom was clean, but still showed there had been lots of traffic. Laminate flooring would be better, in our opinion. The breakfast was good but limited. Our room was close to the elevators, and we could hear the mechanism during the night. The pet fee was reasonable, but we were disappointed to learn that it will be increasing in January '23.

The breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable, andI was happy with the cleanliness, which I think is lacking in many hotels now a days! Andre checked us in and greeted us with a smile and kindness! That is very important to me. Check in and out was quick and easy. We visited Columbia to tour USC. I would definitely stay with you again if my son decides to make Columbia his home for 4 years!

The cleanest, the staffs, the breakfast a wide variety, hot and cold available was outstanding. The spaces room the bed excellent, the dog area outstanding. The bathroom excellent. The pool was awesome last night. The gym nice. But overall I would come back again and again.

The gym was nice but didn’t have a Peloton Bike was a major downfall for me. At 1130min I was ck out the clerk was on the ph.,sign me to hold a min, it was long than a min, she should pause the ph call and took care me, I didn’t get the white girl name. Customers should not be able smoke by pool area where the grill is located. That make been in pool a harsher to my health.

We have stayed at this property many times in our travels. They are very consistent in making their visitors comfortable.

They have raised their pet fees from free 9 years ago to an unbelievable $75 for a one night stay. The room is only $128. That is a 59% charge for our dog. I discussed with them a return customer with a clean pet record should have a break - my suggestion was not accepted.

This is our favorite hotel in Columbia. We will stay here again and again. The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, the noise level is perfect and you get a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious, and my favorite is the walk-in shower. The fridge always works great, the room temperature is always perfect. I absolutely love this hotel.

The only improvement needed is the breakfast. Omelets are great but not everyone loves them and they were a bit dry. I would recommend fresh eggs or egg whites. I suggest adding bacon options instead of sausage only and the sausage was overcooked and tough. The mini waffles were perfect and we loved those. Grits is also a great option even if it's just the grits packets with warm water available to pour into the bowls. I have worked in food myself and these improvements are rather simple and will give your hotel the 10 it deserves and push you ahead of other Hilton Hotels in the area.

The property was really convenient to surrounding areas and has a beautiful view of the lake out back. loved the whole aesthetic of the telephone booth and lights out front. The room was clean and well laid out. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

The pool was closed for the entirety of our stay and the couch in the room was really hard.
