Beautiful property, very clean, nice staff

The lady working the front desk around 10:30pm on Saturday (February 22nd) was extremely unprofessional. I was told by other staff members that her name is Nancy. I was given trouble while checking in by her telling me my room was not pre paid when it was, and mocked me when I asked for a second key later in the night. I was very dissatisfied with her behavior and service. Other than that I would give this locating a 5 star rating.

Really like the room (no carpet) Bathroom is nice (glass door for shower) Housekeeping is great and flexible to do it in the afternoon if necessary and very friendly Suuper safe location, quite a few of restaurants and bars and fast uber ride to stockyards or other locations

Not a lot of storage for clothes in room No room service Second stay end of september is too expensive but I guess it has to do with events going on in Fort Worth

It was very clean and easy to access. Staff during the day was amazing!!

What I didn’t like was the receptionist during the night shift on Saturday night. She seemed annoyed with our one simple question. I had to ask multiple times in different was and just had a very ugly attitude and talked to us like we were dumb. She definitely left a bad experience. Compared to the rest of the staff they were great and very helpful. The night receptionist seemed like she didn’t like her job!.

Like the “hardwood floors”. I do not like carpet on hotel rooms, so if possible I would always go for the hotel that has no carpet floor.

We stayed only one night so not much to report, but it was a good experience. I only wish getting communicated rooms was easier, I think it is a pain not to be able to secure them ahead of time, it always depends on availability at arrival, which I hate.

Very clean room, nice amenities. Great location to Sundance square/activities. Staff friendly. Quiet room- did not hear hotel noises from other rooms- occasional road noise

Valet parking very expensive. Bathroom door slides and is basically clear- no privacy. Check in on second floor so adds more elevator time- confusion. No complimentary breakfast with a high priced room.

Location was excellent, near Sundance Square, and a 10-minute stroll from Fort Worth Central Station. This visit to the US was the first time I have stayed at AC By Marriott properties and could not be more impressed. Excellent facilities, nice, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Fort Worth takes pride in its history and there are numerous plaques around the city highlighting some of that history, including an intriguing plaque about the Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and their gang, and their connection to Fort Worth. There are numerous restaurants and cafes around Sundance Square, but if its shopping you're after you'll need to hop onto a bus (the No.2) to Montgomery Plaza, a five minute journey, where there's a Target and other stores, or a bit further out (the No. 53 bus) to Hulen Mall, where Macy's and other major stores, and smaller boutiques, are located. As for getting to Fort Worth from Dallas Fort Worth Airport, the most efficient and least expensive option is the metro or train, which costs about $3 for the 60-minute ride. There are ticket machines at the transit station located at terminal B at the airport. There is a free shuttle which will take you to all four terminals. The train and metro will take you to Fort Worth Central Station, and then it's just a brief stroll to Sundance Square. Very efficient. .

Nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast is likely the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Smaller serving sizes was nice on the buffet and the lady running the buffet was very attentive and sweet. Belgium waffle was delicious.

Fort Worth must not have a noise ordinance. The kids were driving by downstairs all night with loud music and no mufflers. It would rattle windows into the night.

The hotel is really nice and clean. There was enough room for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) to share a room with 2 queen sized beds. The beds we're comfy and the location was great...only a few blocks from what appeared to be the art district

There is breakfast at this hotel but it's $12 for the ""buffet" and $19 for a menu item. The buffet is not good at all...there's only an assortment of cheeses, deli meat amd tons of bread. Even the coffeeach9ne was too posh for our liking. Ultimately we paid $38 for cold cereal and fruit. It also takes a long time to retrieve your car from the valet. For those with little children, our room only had a shower...no bathtub

There wasn't anything outstanding about this spot that I liked. The rooms are nice. Shower was a nice shower. Heads are so high up that there isn't much water pressure.

I thought the breakfast was awful. You can have a bunch of cereal and coldcuts and a boiled egg with one entree item which was weird all for $19.00. The bathroom is small. No information anywhere that says check in is on the 2nd floor. Took a long time for valet to bring the truck. I wasn't impressed.

The valet drivers who worked the night before Thanksgiving and the morning of Thanksgiving were the sweetest people I have ever met. They had warm personalities and high professionalism. I lost the little cards with their names, but hopefully, someone looks at the schedule and gives them the recognition that they deserve. Keep up the good work. The front desk employees were extremely helpful and delightful to talk to.
