we like that the property was centrally located. We were in town for a concert at the stadium. We enjoyed the pool and exercise room as well as on site restaurant for breakfast. Unfortunately, our junior suite was not available when we checked in they did give us another room that was fairly comparable and day hotel credit for the inconvenience. We will definitely stay here again, but may opt to book directly with the hotel.

We would’ve liked to our original room type to have been honored

Staff were very nice. Looked as if there some very nice restaurants inside the hotel that we may try in the future. Bed was big and comfy and seemed fairly quiet.

Inside our room the only two places that were not cleaned well was the coffee bar inside the room and the bathroom floor could use some cleaning. There was just a slight musty smell in the room, but given the age of the establishment, it was to be expected. Had the room been fully cleaned, I would have rated it 5 star. This may have just been a oversight by the cleaning staff (we all make mistakes).

I stayed there for one night but as my flight was at 17:30, I requested an additional half day with half day rate. Regular checkout is at 11:00. The recipient gave me a late checkout until 14:00 free of charge. She’s so nice!! The concierge booked for me a ride to the airport. He was extremely helpful too.

The windows are small.

Breakfast - service was amazing. ordered avocado toast w salmon - salmon was half dried out, toast was over toasted. I was embarrassed to make so much noise when i try to cut the toast😓. i was putting my expectation too high?

We booked a high floor, corner room and the room we got exceeded our expectations! It felt spacious enough when we were there, plus the location of the hotel was perfectly suited to our needs — we took the monorail to/from the Paul McCartney concert, which turned out to be convenient and fast.

We wish that the breakfast offering was a little more standard fare and not so precious. We were looking for basic American diner — but the options at the hotel seemed much more limiting.

Olympic hotel has been our choice of the place to stay when we visit Seattle. Rooms are spacious, well furnished and the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on.We loved the new remodel , love the style and coziness of the common places. Spend time at the bar and were pleasantly surprised how vibrant the lobby/bar was. We'll definitely think Olympic for our next trip to Seattle.

The bar in the lobby was a great place for people to hang out, and all of the staff members in all positions were so friendly! I liked all of the toiletries that were provided, they are a very quality brand and every thing that I forgot at home, the hotel provided such as a razor and shaving cream. Overall I felt very appreciated as a guest, and the check in and out procedures were very easy for me as well.

The only thing is that I could hear door slamming in the hallway, but I already knew because of the location I would hear traffic outside so I was prepared.

Beautiful old hotel with a new remodel.. the lobby space is loud and vibrant with the bar in the center . Beautiful rooms and close to everything in Seattle

Everything! Class and elegance. Tradition and history. Location and restaurants! Most of all how nice and professional every one is there. Always with white gloves. We would love to return one day. Maybe for a wedding anniversary!

Soup and sandwiches, fruit and cheese platter or warm pastries for the late night travelers or late arrivals available for room service or at the bar. That would have been amazing!

Staff was wonderful

2 room service tables full of dirty dishes were left for 1 1/2 days on 8th floor. Not good. Also, we had ADA room with walk-in shower that flooded slick marble floor with water no matter how careful we were. My husband slipped and fell on wet floor. Design could be much better.
