The location could not be bettered for a tourist visiting London. Quick walk to Charing Cross Station and Embankment tube. Trafalgar Square is a hop, skip and a jump away, too easy! Quick walk to get to on off tour buses, two small supermarkets nearby for all your cooking needs (Coop and Tesco Express). Directly opposite a very well known restaurant for British food, Kerridges. Cafes on street plus Waterstones book store. Three or even more good English pubs in area, Sherlock Holmes, The Chandos and The Admiralty. Check out newly reopened The Portrait Gallery nearby. Easy access by bus from TS to Oxford Street and many other areas. Loved the laundry facility run by Wewash (get app). Room size was good for a studio for twin room. Nothing missing in room, even has a retractable washing line. Free coffee in lobby. Studio has a bathtub with shower above. Nice for soaking aching bones after lots of pavement pounding around London. Comfy beds and rooms are delightfully air conditioned. Medium sized fridge (no icebox), microwave, cooktop and small dishwasher. Table set for meals.

There are a few steps up to the lobby without a handrail. Have to carry up your suitcase. You can access from the the back of the property if you arrange it.

We liked that there was a little kitchenette so you could cook a basic meal if not going out and make lunch. We thought the complimentary tea/coffee was a nice touch while you was staying. Was also handy that i could get documents printed for free. Room was clean and good space, little sofa and a table and chairs to eat/work at. Lots of power sockets. Close to The Mall, Leicester square and covent garden. Great location for sightseeing.

There was only 1 male and female toilet in reception. We didnt like the fact that the outer door could be locked from the inside meaning that as you go into the toilets someone could lock you and them in the toilet together.

Location was execellent for the purpose of this visit

The room /apartment was not ready when we arrived after a long journey . We arrived at 5pm and our reservation stated entry at 4pm. We asked for a room with easy access as one of our party was disabled. The fact that there was not an easy access shower was very disappointing. The decor requires freshened up.

Location was perfect, staff were so friendly and nice. Breakfast was ok but small variety

we had a twin and we expect to have the cleaning service every day, but I found that we have to pay extra to get it and this is not acceptable for such a hotel that has 4 stars.

Location is amazing! Walking distance to many theaters. Close to 2+ underground stations. Close to the river Thames for boat ride or a jog. Excellent restaurants around. The room (2-bedroom apartment) is spacious. Clean. Friendly staff that provided all our additional requests. Breakfast is descent as well.

The apartment (2 bedrooms, up to 6 people) has 2 floors. The bedrooms are on the second floor with the toilet and bathroom. Being more than 4 people, we had 2 people sleeping in the living room (the couch opens up to a double bed) downstairs. So there was no toilet in that floor. We had to go up and down the stairs many many many times for toilet and for parent-children nighttime connection. Also, one toilet for so many people sometimes proved difficult to manage...

Excellent location near Trafalgar Square and underground Embarkment. Walking distance Big Ben, Soho etc.

Price between X-mas and new year is high ! Cleaning for the one room appartment, during the stay, only available for charge of £ 15,- per day

I was very impressed by every aspect of the stay. The room was spacious and comfortably furnished, had air conditioning so offered the temperature I preferred, was ideally situated close to Trafalgar Square and the river and had all the essentials to produce simple meals. Staff were positively focused on providing first rate service, offering bag storage before and after arrival/departure time, friendly smiles and greetings when we were about, a rapid response to a slightly blocked basin outlet and giving the room a thorough refresh part way through our week long stay.

The inability to guarantee a twin bedded room. I received helpful supportive emails when I expressed my concern about this after booking, being told they would try their best but could not guarantee the twin option. This seriously spoiled my anticipation of the holiday.

I like the location of the property as it is close to 2 tube/train stations, is in the heart of London, and near shops for food like M&S and Sansbury. The room was great had lots of electrical outlets, good size fridge for food, and the heavy windows kept the noise out. The room was on the 1st floor (USA 2nd floor) and was on the backside of the hotel. It was nice and quiet but had no views which was not a problem for me as I have stayed here many times. The window did allow for the sunshine to come in and nice to get over the jetlag. The staff as always were very helpful in checking in and checking out. They were able to arrange a taxi to the airport for us. You must arrange a taxi the day before you travel. Overall a good place to stay for vacation or work.

The room was clean, comfortable and of a good size. The kitchen area in the room was well set out and would be very useful for longer stays. Having a separate to toilet and bathroom was also a good idea.

Although complimentary tea and coffee was available in reception it would have been nice to have more than two sachets of coffee/two tea bags in the room as most people will make a coffee when they arrive and one first thing in the morning and it meant as a couple getting up and going down to reception to get a morning drink.

Location was ideal - very near to an underground station to get to central london. Love the exterior look of the building, resembles English architecture.

We werent informed that our unit was a duplex unit. Only upon checkout did we realise we could access our unit via the second floor - it was a hassle when we checked in, having to carry our heavy bags to our rooms upstairs.
