The staff is super nice. The location is great. Wifi is fast. Shower has good water pressure.

It isn't that I don't like. It is a very small room that doesn't offer privacy for even a couple. It offers great value for the money if traveling alone or as a couple for a couple of days. There's no closet or fridge and the bathroom has a glass wall so your partner would be able to see (and hear) you in the toilet. This said, I knew this and I had stayed with them before and will stay with them in the future because it perfectly fits my needs. I highly recommend the Z Hotels when in London for just a few days.

The hotel is very well located and the room although quite small are very well organised. The room are very clean and the boardroom is big enough and well furbished. The queen room with window is better than the normal room, but for 4 nights also the normal room is good.

I was at the Z Trafalgar for a week and initially thought of it as another box hotel but as time went on I found ithe room and hotel well designed and well run. Given the crazy hotel prices in Central London, it was decent value. The staff were almost all young people but serious aboiut offering good service. The breakfast in the hotel was good for the three times I tried it (went elsewhere on other days).

Although good, the staff didn't live nearby and didn't seem to know the local area well for restaurant and attraction recommendations. They were good on local transport :)

The rooms are very clean, the windows have additional shutters to keep noise out and include blackout blinds. The rooms are also equipped with tea and coffee facilities as well as water, all included in the price. The location is excellent, only 2 mins walk from Trafalgar Square, and the reception desk is 24 hours. The cafe downstairs also makes great toasties and the staff are all very friendly and willing to accommodate their guests.

The shower head uses air flow to decrease water usage, which makes the spray very fine and mist-like. The price of the room, for the size of it is out of proportion as it is a pod room, however, that is London pricing for you.

The location is excellent, walking distance (~ a mile) to Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and many other tourist attractions. There are plenty restaurants and theaters around the hotel while the hotel itself was very quiet. Staff members were very friendly and very willing to help. The lady at the reception desk on the morning of June 29, (sorry, I didn’t get your name) took the time checking the readiness of rooms and let me into my room (I believe it was a upgrade to my original booking) before 11am, which was greatly appreciated considering I had a very early flight to London. The price was reasonable considering what hotels cost in the heart of Edinburgh. This hotel will definitely be on the top of my hotel choice list for my next visit to London. Highly recommended!

The shower head. I read that other travelers had the same comments about the shower head. It can’t be appropriately held on the fixture for taking showers, had to be held by hand. It was very difficult and water ended up being everywhere, outside the semi-enclosed shower. BTW, It must be a European trend that shower spaces are only half enclosed and it’s easy to make a mess. Some hotels have rain shower heads and it’s less of a problem. I highly recommend having this issue looked into. If there is one thing holding me back from booking this hotel again, it would be the shower head.

I really like this hotel, very good value for the price. Located very close to Trafalgar square so that is comfortable. You have to get ready for the fact that it is a bit small but it's really not a deal breaker, even if you're quite tall you can lay comfortably in the bed. The staff was always so friendly and helpfull. Might be a small detail but I liked the fact that you can take one of their umbrellas if needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Mind you that the toilet and bathroom are very close to the bed and you can almost see everything, so don't go with someone you're not extremely comfortable with 😅

I didn't really like the fact that we cannot open the window because, like I said, the toilets are very close to the bed and that can be a little bit uncomfortable. Most importantly, if you can, ask for a room that is on the side of the corridor and not at the end of it because there bearly is enough space to open your lugages, and there is more space in the side rooms (we were in another one of their hotel afterwards in a room that is at the end of the corridor and it was very uncomfortable)

The best thing about this place is its location. It's around the corner from Covent Garden, near Trafalgar Square, a close walk to Leicester Square, a 15-min walk to the Westminster Abbey and Big Ben, and a fairly close walk to the London Eye. It's near both the Embankment and Charing Cross tube stations, giving flexibility of which line and stop to take. I also liked that we were given a large bottle of water that we could refill as much as we wanted.

If you pay for one of the smaller rooms, just know it's super small. The bed was particularly uncomfortable on one side. The TV didn't have any channels except for YouTube.

Conveniently located, easily accessible within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars, theaters, Chinatown, tube/underground and bus stations, Westminster Abbey, Parliament and big Ben... My husband and I really like the location.

The hotel room is small and minimal. But I have to say it’s smart design. It definitely suits basic needs. My husband and I are both average height under 5’10” and average weight. We had no problem to spend 4 nights at the hotel as we were always out and about touring the city during the day and only spent the night at the hotel. The room can get a bit humid and feeling stuffy after taking a shower. There’s no closet to store luggage and clothes. But there’s quite a few hooks on the wall and hangers are provided.

Excellent Location. Close to trafalgar square. Short walk to convent Garden. Leister square. Train station close by. Can walk to Soho, oxford street. Take the hop on hop off bus tour to explore city. Staff were very friendly. Excellent cutomer service from Bruno. Special thank you, for your service. Would recommend hotel. Just know that space is small. Very clean. Rooms were cleaned every day. Fresh towels provided.

Space is as advertized. Small. We had queen double, room, space was tight but workable. Would wish there were a few bigger rooms to choose, yes i would pay a bit more. For a bit more space and comfort. No closet.
