1. The walls and doors are too thin. I heard everyone walk by the room and couldn't sleep well on several nights. 2. They didn't restock the toiletries and sometimes forgot to restock towels. 3. It was expensive for me, since I was paying for two room for a total of 4 adults. I wish there were better deals, we would've stayed longer.

The staff are amazing and upgraded us so that the price actually reflected the room expectation. They put on a lovely birthday surprise, all you had to do was ask. The breakfast and service was lovely. Stunning lighting in all rooms sets a beautiful ambience to suit all moods.

The first room was very small for the price and the views from the windows are not pleasant although the upgraded room and service makes up for this.

location was brilliant staff were good room was good breakfast ok we did Mack a complete to the reception about some smoking cannabis on the same floor as us but they just laughed and said nothing they could do so if you want to smoke cannabis it looks like it’s the place for you 👍

Best accommodation in central London to stroll around all the hallmarks without catching the tube. Probably the only 5-star hotel in central London with a quite affordable price. Not my first time and for sure not my last there.

All staffs are welcoming. Special mention to Phil the Concierge - he is the best. Thanks Phil.

the part which was the most problematic is that the room and toilet have no air, there are no windows at all, and nothing to ventilate the air or refreshen it

Fantastic location; walk to everything. Modern room design with huge windows great views. Modern bathroom with big tub and separate shower-the best shower ever made with lots of powerful water, great temp control.

Breakfast is two folding tables set up in the restaurant bar with pastries, fruit and cereals and a breakfast order of three mains but was way over-priced and the food quality was marginal at best. By far the biggest disappointment of the property. Room needs more space for unpacked clothes; a few wall cubby holes is not enough - some drawers please.

We (family of 4) stayed in the Double Double room which contains two double beds. The room was huge in London standards, very comfortable, with a seating area with two armchairs, and floor to ceiling windows across the whole room, so we had LOTS of sunshine. Beds were comfy and the climate control worked well. The room was squeaky clean and made up every day very nicely, with four bottles of water delivered every day. Bathroom was roomy and contain both a large bath and shower. The view from the room is not the greatest, just some buildings, roofs and porches, although none of those were very close by, so that's a plus. Breakfast was delicious, and included a cold buffet. one warm selection from the menu (always made to perfection), and one hot beverage to order. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and also catered to our special request and brought us a plate of fresh vegetables every day, at no additional cost. In terms of location - well, you can't really ask for a better one!

My wife was bothered by the fact that there was no door to the bathroom (the toilet and shower had their own doors, but the bath was visible from the outside). The room is built in a U shape, so the bathroom is hidden from those staying on the beds or the seating area, but my wife still considered this a small minus. The room was very pricy, but I guess this is the price you pay for high standard at a top location...

The location is great if you are looking for a central place in London to stay. It is located within the theatre district so do expect it to have that "busy" vibe. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. Cleanliness very good as well. Guests also have free access to Gymbox next door which is extremely well equipped. Lots of eating options around the area - pub grub, mexican, asian, italian and a gelati place as well.

Being in the theatre district, the roads are very narrow and any minor road works causes traffic obstruction and makes it almost impossible to hail a cab or get an uber.
