the location was perfect in the heart of the city ,3 minutes away from train station vesterport(togbus) that you can move everywhere!!!! 5 minutes away from tivoli gardens. the hotel is surrounding by cafes ,restaurants and stores!! the breakfast was pretty good the staff was amazing ,polite and very helpful,especially Mr.Andrew that helps us in some problems that we got with the check in process., and also very helpful was and Mr Saimon that gives us sea view room.

i didn;t like the breakfast box(take away) was extremly poor We had a problem with the check in process. The room had not been paid while we had updated card( via booking.com)The problem with the help of Mr. Andrew was solved but as a physical presence I was charged money from my bank in payment.

There are many Scandic in Copenhagen, this was in a great location by river, and 5-15 min walk to sights. This location is a large tourist hotel. Big breakfast. Room size was fine for 1 or 2 for a short stay. Comfortable bed, good shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to metro, trains, and hop-on-off busses.

No restaurant and about 1klm walk to the nearest open one.

Great location and great breakfast buffet. There is a kids play zone where you can enjoy playing with your little ones.

In my opinion it's overpriced, there are not so many utilities in the rooms to be a four star hotel.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great; we could walk to all the attractions we visited in the city. The rooms were well sound-proofed and we didn't hear any noise from neighbouring guests. We would stay again.

When booking, we requested the sofa bed to be made up and also a cot for the room. I also messaged before our stay and both requests were accepted. When we arrived, neither had been set up. Housekeeping were very quick once we let them know, but it wasn't ideal when we arrived late at night with 2 small children. It would have been useful to have a small fridge in the room.

I have previously paid more for less in other cities. For the price per night I paid you would get an attic room and no breakfast. The cost (which included breakfast) I could not fault. The options at breakfast were second to none and could not fault in any way. So much choice and all fresh and top quality. The hotel iteself was spotlessly clean throughout. The room was bigger than average and plenty of space for a family of 3. Every member of staff was incredably frienldy and helpful when needed. The main reception had space to sit and relax with absolutely no prosure to buy a drink from the bar. The location of the hotel was perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk from the central train station and likewise to walk to the old town (5 mins for Tivoli). We were luck enought to have a room facing the lake which was amazing. There is great left luggage facilities for variing sizes as required, which was easy to use and made it perfect to make the most of our last day (later than average checkout too). When, not if, we return to Copenhagen this will be my first choice.

Absolutely nothing at all. I have no bad comment let aloan any recomendations to what could have been done better. Please carry on wha you are doing as you are doing it extremely well.

The best buffet breakfast I've ever had.Such a selection of hot and cold options. Our room was a good size for our family of 4 , and there was a plenty of storage space in the wardrobes. The kids loved that we had a bath, and there was a good sized desk in the room and it was positioned at the window which was perfect for me for putting on makeup. Our beds were very comfortable. The hotel has plenty of sustainable options when it comes to bath towel washing etc which I felt was important. It was only a few minutes walk to all of copenhagens sights and 2 minutes from the train station if you preferred getting around that way.

Theres nothing much I didn't like about this hotel as it ticked a lot of boxes for us as a family with young kids. One thing that we did on our first night was have a drink at the bar before going up to our rooms. It was very expensive to drink here and the bar was super brightly lit which we commented on to each other, so we didn't use it again on our other 3 nights.

Location to the city centre and walks around the lakes outside, access to rooms (private lift for 18th floor) location of nearby restaurants, breakfast selection. The staff were friendly and helpful in all our contact. Views from the room were exceptional (city and lake) and the rooms were spacious and well equipped. Considering the suite was a large, separate lounge, the bedroom spacious and attached bathroom had double sinks, showers, etc, the price was very reasonable.

There was no mini fridge. Otherwise, it was well furbished.

We were upgraded to a larger room overlooking the lake which was a really pleasant surprise especially since we stayed there for 4 nights. The location of the hotel is perfect being in close proximity to train stations as well as within walking distance to most of the main attractions in the center of town. The breakfasts were always good with all the necessaries and the staff were very obliging.

Perhaps the only negative I have is that it was a little bit expensive but then again it was worth it in terms of comfort and convenience.

Perfect room with great views of the city from the 16th floor! I'm so glad I checked in a couple of hours before the official check-in time so my baby could have a nap in bed. +1 star for your kindness! Amazing breakfast! Variety of dishes and everything is delicious. Waffles and pancakes available :) There is a special children's room on the reception level. It's a bit hidden but full of things to make kids happy. I noticed a fitness room with saunas for men and women. I didn't use it, but it looked good. And yes, there is a piano next to the reception, where someone plays music almost every evening. Lovely!

There was no fridge in the appartment. The bathroom door squeaked (room 1601). We usually had breakfast at 7:30 and it was already a bit crowdy (once at 7:10 and it was perfect). I saw a considerable queue for the breakfast room when I walked around at 09:00, so it's better to get up earlier.
