Brilliant location, great for metro and train travel around the city and to and from the airport. Also within a short walking distance to start/ finish for Copenhagen half marathon if you want to stretch your legs before or after the race. My room was on a quiet side of the hotel and benefited with having both a bath and shower facility. It was ideal for 1 person, but maybe a bit on small size for two if staying for longer periods. Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices and some extra dishes were offered to guests by the catering staff. There is extra security systems in place to access your floor that is easy to use. All staff speak excellent English and are happy to help you try out your Danish. They are polite and friendly. Check out was at midday and a secure drop off bag room is available if your journey home is later in the day.

There was no kettle or coffee/ tea facility available in my room.

Me and my sister had a great stay. We really liked that if you want houskeeping you just announced it the evening before and then it worked perfectly. The breakfast was also great. The buffet had a big variety from sweet to salty and everything was tasty. The location was the hotel is very nice, within 10 min, you are in the City centre and within 5 min at the central station. And we were able to store our luggage before the check-in and also after the check-out.

All in all everything was fine. The room was a bit small and looked a little different on the picutres on the webpage. But it was very clean and totally enough.

Great location, Copenhagen Central Station is 5 minutes away, and takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. Breakfast was good and the room a decent size. HUGE bathtub which after running the Copenhagen Half Marathon was very welcome! Room 403 is nice and quiet too, we had neighbours but couldn’t hear them, so sleep was great.

Pillows are tiny, more like cushions. Not a issue but, if you’re wanting your room cleans you have to give 24hrs notice, so I’d advise asking the day you check in, and then every other day, we didn’t and wished we had as the room gets quite dusty if you have the windows open. Copenhagen is a clean city but like all, dust creeps up!

I have been in this hotel for the third times and I was always very satisfied. The breakfast is very rich, you can choose from salty and sweet dishes, also fruit is available. And I always try a ginger shot to strenghten my immunity :-). The rooms are small but comfortable, rather for 1 person, but for a short stay with one more person it is also ok. The location is the best - near from the Central Station (metro and train), near to the City Centre so you do not need to buy any public transport ticket to reach all the famous sightseeings. I highly recommend this hotel.

I would appreciate the box of paper handkerchiefs in the bathroom back :-).

Great location, next to the central station and close to both the historic center as well as to more new/ modern places. Very good breakfast, big enough room to stay with 4 people including 2 kids. Super attentive staff, as we had our flight at 7 am and had to leave the hotel before the breakfast services, they offered and prepared for us a bag with breakfast to take with us.

We took a family room. The space was appropriate and the view was very nice. A little refrigerator present into the room was really useful to store the food for the children. It was possible to have a baby cot as well. It was possible to connect the TV to a PC by HDMI cable provided for free by the hotel. Wifi worked well. The position of the hotel is really convenient. It is close to everything and very well connected by bus, metro and trains. There is the possibility to ask for room cleaning every day.

We suggest to place a larger wardrobe inside the room. A couple of additional folding chairs would be useful as well. The cleaning of the room could be improved: too many dust on the top of furnitures but the general cleaning is ok. Curtains support could be renewed in order to be more solid. The breakfast is really crowdy, maybe it could be arranged in a larger area

Accessibility in the room was great for a wheelchair user. The reservation of a table for breakfast without me asking for it was an added bonus and really helpful.

I made 2 small (very minor) comments. 1) The sink in my room was a little high in comparison to the rest of the perfectly adapted bathroom. 2) The toilet roll and towel was left on the top shelf but should've been on the bottom. Both items were noted for me.

The hotel boasts a fantastic breakfast daily. The location is wonderful for exploring Copenhagen. We found the space a bit small but we cannot fault the hotel as we chose one room for 4 people and hotel rooms in Denmark tend to be small in size. Overall we were happy with our stay!

As mentioned, the space was small for 4 people so it would be advisable to book a double room for 2 people and not use the sleeper couch for 2 more if possible.

The location is great for being in the centre of the city and if travelling for leisure is great for all the mail attractions. Breakfast was of good quality with a fair choice of options. The rooms are a little dated but all modern amenities work well, i.e. wifi and TV. Second time I have stayed at this hotel due to location and price which for Copenhagen is reasonable, would recommend

Nothing really!

The room was tiny but clean — although daily cleaning is not provided unless requested the night before. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the central station. Fairly expensive for the quality of the room, but probably in line with the Copenhagen market. Very good breakfast!

The room was small, especially given the price paid for it. The breakfast was very good, but opening hours were very limited (until 9:30 on weekdays).
