Good location--close to the train station, sight-seeing spots and the shopping area. The staff at the reception were busy but always nice and friendly. I like their eco-friendly style. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. But there are many cafes and restaurants near-by where we could have breakfast with more reasonable prices.

The bed was not matless--more like futon. The room was a bit small. The shower was practical but small, made the floor outside the shower area widely wet. When the windows were open, we could hear the neighbors too well. Considering that, the hotel is a bit pricy; however, the hotels in Copenhagen are in general very expensive. This one is still reasonable, compared with the others.

The room was good - clean and comfortable - and despite being near the lift, we hear no noise from inside the hotel.

Unfortunately from 2.00am there was a delivery to a small warehouse directly opposite. This was made by rolling crates of stock down a ramp off the back of a lorry, then across the street. I'm sure the driver tries to be quiet, but it was impossible. It went on for around 1.5 hours. Also, there was a woman across the street who took photographs of us from her window - quite openly - on a mobile phone. We reported this when we left. The room really needs net curtains, or the woman needs to be stopped. It felt extremely intrusive.

Proximity to Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens and easy walk to shopping, restaurant and harbour. Hotel clean, stylish and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. Superb and plentiful buffet style breakfast. Spacious, quiet room (Standard Double). I would definitely stay again.

During a 3 night stay there was no housekeeping in the room. You could request this but had to give a day's notice. Not a problem for us personally to make our bed and keep our shower room clean and tidy but this is not a budget hotel. If you required extra toilet roll, towels etc you requested them at Reception. Even saw one guest receiving a duvet from Reception. Saving the environment or saving on staffing, laundry bills etc?

First and foremost: its staff. Absolutely and constantly amenable and professional. The room was spacious enough. Breakfast was really good, especially with the porridge and perfect organic filter coffee. Though very close to the Central Station, the hotel does not suffer from noise or disturbance. Extremely well located within Copenhagen and close to the City Hall, Tivoli Gardens, shopping area, museums, etc. I will not forget the atmosphere during the Pride brunch. Very well done! I highly recommend this hotel and definitely will be back soon enough.

We requested a late checkout and we thought DKK 100 per extra hour was quite reasonable. Breakfast was very good. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location is very central. I think this hotel is perfect if you're travelling on business.

The room felt small. While we had requested a room with a bigger bed, it filled the room. There was only one chair - not everyone wants to go to the hotel lounge if they just want to sit around quietly; although because of the size of the bed there wasn't room for a second. Another side-effect was a lack of surface space: the bedside tables and console table were quite narrow. You kept worrying that what you put on it might fall off. All in all - a room for just sleeping in. It didn't feel like a welcoming space. However, this seems to be a trend among hotels currently, which is rather sad.

We stayed at Hotel Mayfair for two nights and really enjoyed our experience. One of the main advantages of the hotel is the location - you can get to any major tourist attraction point within the town in a matter of minutes. The breakfast is very tasty and has lots of fresh local products, would recommend it to any guest. Also we particularly enjoyed the bed, because it was very comfortable and soft.

Although we asked for an earlier check in, given that our train arrived early in the morning, and we were promised that we will receive our room as quickly as possible, we received our room at 4pm, after waiting an hour in the reception lobby, and other guests receiving their rooms earlier than us. It was unpleasant at that moment because they promised us the room earlier and didn't keep their promise.

This is a really lovely hotel. Whilst the room was a bit small for two of us. It was clean and right. Our room over looked the courtyard. But it was quiet. Not sure if this is because of the cold season. Although the weather has been warm for end of October. This hotel is about 15 min walk give or take from the Central station. You can get the local buses or hop on hop off bus at the top of the street from the hotel. We used the 7A bus to go to the Zoo. Tivoli gardens are 10 minutes walk and must place to visit. We used the train & metro to visit a lot of the tourist destinations. There’s lots of lovely restaurants 5 min walk. Netto/Lidl is nearby if you need to stock up snacks for your day out. I traveled with my 16 yr old son and he liked staying here. He said he felt safe in Copenhagen unlike some European cities we’ve been to. But he also liked the location of this hotel & the staffs were really friendly & professional. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. But there’re loads of other restaurants around.

No live TV. There’s no access to watching the local TV Unless you had Netflix, Disney +, etc, you can’t watch anything. The TV in the room is only set up to Chromcast streaming. I had to keep switching my VPN to watch any UK programme.

This hotel is located in a great area of Copenhagen - just a two minute walk from the train station and metro access. It’s also only a 15 minute walk into the city centre. The hotel itself is very modern and the rooms were beautiful. The bed was super comfy and spacious. Staff were very helpful and gave us lots of tips and recommendations when we arrived!

When we arrived there was only one towel in the room, but once we asked at reception this was resolved quickly. Also, cleaning is only available on request so the room isn’t cleaned daily but that didn’t bother us 😊

Room was comfortable, a good size, and clean. Location was great, very central. Breakfast was amazing.

A minor suggestion, but a ticket system for left luggage would help with security. I left my luggage for the day when I checked out, but no ticket was given to me so anyone could have just walked up to reception and said they've stored their luggage and picked up someones property. This didn't happen to me, but I was a bit concerned when leaving my luggage at the hotel.

The location was great....close to the center. The staff that worked over christmas were always pleasant, not dreary because they were working. The breakfast choices were very good. We particularly enjoyed the number of rooms available around reception. very nice to meet down there with friends and family rather than just sitting in the room.

Part of why we booked the Mayfair was the cafe restaurant.....but that had closed down.
