The room was not too big but very comfortable and clean with a nice view, so very satisfied with that. The location was close enough to city center (still walking distance). The breakfast buffet was excellent especially considering the price.

The bathroom in our room had transparent walls with blurry glass which was a bit strange and I didn't really see the point with that. The nearby train station caused some small background noise at night time (our room was to that side on 8th floor) but otherwise everything was okay and no issues.

Really good hotel and staff in this very expensive, amazing city.

Our original room was rather small for a 5 night stay. The upgrade was handled very well and was worth the extra £12 per night.

The location and the room of this low cost hotel was really great. Stuff was very helpfull and nice. The room is small but more than enough for a few days of vacation. I missed to have a water boiler at our room, I expected to have one since it is something almost every hostel has. This hotel doesn´t have it and when I asked in reception how could I get some hot water they told me I could buy a glas of hot water for 15 DKK 0-O, around 2€. I find this is abusive, I think it should be free. It is a good place if you expect the basics, but that all you will have, anything extra... you will have to pay.

No kettle in room, everithing extra was expensive. There was no space for clothes

Cleanliness, friendly staff, small pantry near reception where you can order snacks or food items etc., Heaven/sky room on the 12th floor which is really quiet and with good view outside. If you dont want to get a cab from or to the airport, train or metro, Politorvet Bus Stop/station is a block away with Bus line 5C going directly to Copenhagen Airport.

Maybe because of ongoing constructions on nearby buildings, access to this hotel from the central train station and metro by foot is quiet challenging. But if you like long walks, it wont be a problem.

Ideal hotel for a weekend trip to Copenhagen, if all you need is a bed & breakfast! + Great location: just 15 mins walking from Central Railway station (which also has direct train to the airpot) and the city centre + The room is not big, but isn't tiny (as it could've seemed from photos) and the bed didn't feel like only 140 cm width. + The noise cancellation is great, during our 2 nights we didn't hear anything both from outside and inside the building. + Super quick checkout: you may just drop your room card in the special box

Breakfast could be more diverse. But the options presented are of good quality

This is a good value for money hotel. The breakfast is really delicious. It is a convienient walk from the train station and there is a bus stop not too far away too. The room facing the courtyard was nice and quiet (traint track side was more noisy). Staff was polite.

The bathroom could have been somewhat cleaner (saw some signs of mold). Wish the pillow was larger or that an additional pillow was available. It would have been nice if luggage storage had been free.

Stayed at Wakeup for one night ahead of catching our flight out of Copenhagen, for that the hotel was really good. The room is comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located close to the metro and train station. The hotel seemed brand new and had nice facilities. Reception had a “bar/store” with essentials you might need, breakfast options were great and the staff was nice

Nothing much. Only thing that comes to mind is that while the hotel is really close to the metro and train station as well as one of the main tourist attractions (Tivoli), there weren’t a lot of restaurants and places to eat at a short walk (less than 15 minutes). As we were staying for just one night it made a difference.

The room was fine for the price, the staff was very helpfull and open 24/7. Also the lobby had free to use pc's with internet and some nice lounge chairs and couch to rest or hang with friends. Also enough elevators.

There was no water boiler in the room. You could only get some tea or coffee downstairs at the kiosk. Luckely it was open all night. Other then that it wasn't the most luxious (obviously, it's a budget hotel). The location was ok, was about 15 min walk to the city, but it did feel like it was a bit "outside" of the city at some construction area.

Location was good, very close to railway station and Tivoli. Public transport is very close. About 30 minutes walk to the centre to see the main tourist attractions. Close to trendy Meatpacking district. There is a shopping centre, with restaurants and cinema (an Ikea) about 10/15 minutes walking. It is located in a new development area, but don't be put off by the construction works around, as it is not noisy and there are other hotels in the area, so there are lots of people going back to their hotels at night. You can easily rent a bike there, which was one of the highlights of the trip (I travelled with a 12yo). Rooms are simple, a bit small, but clean and practical. They are fine for a short stay. Perhaps if you want a longer stay, you would like a bigger space to put your things. Staff are nice and helpful. Very reasonable prices for a hotel with private bathroom in Copenhagen. We used the same hotel company for other cities in Denmark, and they didn't disappoint.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is small, but there's still plenty of space. The bed is really comfy and I got a great night's sleep. The TV gets lots of channels in various different languages. The bathroom has everything you need and the shower was spacious with really good water pressure. I got a great night's sleep! It was well located within walking distance of all sights and attractions. Checkout was at 11 which was nice as lots of places are 10am. While it was expensive compared to other destinations, it was reasonably priced for Copenhagen. Given that it was one of the cheapest hotels I could find, it didn't feel like a budget hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. I travelled here as a solo female traveller and felt very safe here. I loved Copenhagen and if I return I will stay at this hotel again.

Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been welcomed, although it was possible to get hot drinks from reception for a fee. The self service check in wasn't working which meant there was a bit of a queue to check in.
