Exceptional hotel, very tasty food with lot of varieties, very clean, comfort and many facilities, big rooms and exceptional sandy beach fantastic. About the staff; first a special thank and appreciation to Mrs. Massouda for her kind professional cooperation, she did everything to make sure that we enjoy our stay, also I would like to thank a lot Chef Mostafa for his tasty food and great hospitality. All the staff I cannot find great words to value them, they are very nice team smile all the time and do most efforts to satisfy all guests. Really recommend this hotel to everyone, for sure will repeat it again. Thanks Solymar

i loved the team, especially miss messouda and the manager mister hany. We have built a very nice bond, as if we are family. I will never forget them and we will definitely keep in touch. I have made many wonderful memories, such as Sabah, mr Fanta and Mr. Hany's scooter. it was honestly one of the nicest days of my life. words are not enough to describe how much I will miss this hotel and its employees

the beach is a bit small and people keep spots without using it for hours. while other people won’t fine any spot to enjoy the beach.

Everything was perfect , the staff , the location , the food and the beach all was exceptional , Mrs. Massaouda helped us alot during our accomodation with the biggest smile on her face , Chef Azab and Chef Moustafa were always there to check guests and taking notes about food which was so tasty and has alot of variaties , the staff was very helpful and friendly, the beach was so clean and sea was amazing , we enjoyed every moment there and for sure we will be back to solymar many times ahead

- All the staff are amazing, they are very cooperative, friendly, available even before you call them, they want to serve you by all means - The room was clean& capacious - The beach is sandy& water is clean - The food in breakfast, lunch& dinner was very good& the variety of food is very good specially in the breakfast

Everything was ok, I don't have any negative point to mention. Just if they can have some Golf cars to the beach it will be added value as the distance is somewhat long specially for elderly people.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in and out of Egypt, this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The staff was very hospitable and amazing, they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable - and they succeeded in that. The room was very clean and very comfortable, the food was amazing, and the beach and pools were very clean. I highly recommend this hotel and for sure I will visit it again. Big Thank you.

Awesome experience!!! First of all the manger Engy was assigned to us, she made our stay in this hotel exceptional, any question or any problem was solved instantly. That's the first time I experience such care from the hotel. It was really wonderful :) Apart from that staff in the hotel is super caring and involved, The Head Chef of the restaurant was also very caring both Engy and him always asked what we liked and what we didn't in the menu and as a pure magic the next day this was fixed or provided. Also there was personal treatment from the Chef and we could order our favourite food. At some point I started to find him at the restaurant and compliment some dishes that were done amazingly, so they keep on doing them the same way. Also there was a compliment form chef as a fruits and mango that arrived right to the door of our room :) The beach is great and cozy, the hotel is fresh, food is diverse and you can eat almost all time during the day(except from about 2 hours of empty slots) Once again, the best staff that I've seen so far in my life, I actually miss them already :) And great place to stay, very happy that we took exactly this hotel for our vacation. One prompt for people who will use non-refundable option and asked for pay on payment gateway other than booking it is totally okay to put your credit card / debit card there, it also confused me and asked booking support to confirm that it is okay - they said "yes":)

As we were during low season, guys that are running some fun activities bikes/camel riding/ATV rides sometimes asked if we need their services too often. Just a prompt for the management of the hotel: having some paid positions in the bar and other activities is a little odd, if it is all inclusive then just get rid of these extra positions or make it super obvious what's included and what's not, this will make experience more pleasant and guest will be able to use everything they want without a second thought. But nevertheless it had almost no impact on our stay

EVERYTHING was amazing for all 3 of us (2+a small kid), no matter if we did things together or separately! We were pampered by the staff in every sense of the word. The food was excellent and for each and every taste, numerous delicious meals throughout the day, including fresh fish and other sea food, grill, fruits, vegetables, for each and every diet! The rooms were huge (over 50m2), cleaned every day, we got fresh beach towels every day, somehow everything is taken care of and you do not even notice how. We were with a kid and got a room that was positioned on the ideal 1st floor, close to the playground and the pool for kids, equally close to the beach, pools and the reception and the common activity area - and I could not help but notice that it was not by chance but a strategically chosen room for families with kids. Everything was clean, green, clearly communicated. The ENTERNTAINMENT team was perfect, I was honestly shocked by how professional a hotel entertainment team can be! The sport sessions (stretching, aqua gym, step aerobics...), the dancing lessons were led professionally, like in a VERY GOOD fitness studio. The same team often performed in the evening in the amphitheatre - WOW, I did not even go during the first days because I expected a hotel-usual level, but these team delivered amazing shows so that we went every evening after we heard from everybody it is a mistake not to go and discovered them! They could perform anywhere, and are so kind to the guests, with a sincere desire that everybody joins and benefits from the programme! The guests who were visiting were all pleasant, and it was very obvious that everybody is having a great time. I did not see an unsastisfied face during 9 days of my stay, neither I have seen somebody that did not get immediate help the same moment he/she started looking like they would need something. Tireless hotel staff. Top value for money!
