The resort is beautifully designed, they have lots of flowers and palm trees that really are taken care of. the rooms are spacious, the cleaning couldn’t be better and the staff is very attentive if you tip. The food was delicious and a lot of variety, even at breakfast time. Every evening they have a different specific cuisine so you can’t get bored. we also tried both of the restaurants: vista mare and the fish restaurant and both were delicious. I can’t understand how people can complain about the food, as we read online in Egypt you can really have problems with the food but here it’s not the case. As for the animation, the animation team is fun, we participated almost in every activity and we really enjoyed it. The resort also has a jogging trail that we ran every day. We will definitely come again here because we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Cleopatra & thank you to all the people that made our stay feel so pleasant. Hakuna matata!

the water in the pool was cold wifi could be also in rooms, but that was not a big problem since we bought sim cards from the airport

Cleanliness of the property, a lot of activities and ample space and pools.

Food at the bar area next to the beach was poor quality. Menu didn’t have many options. When I first booked my stay I was given the option to choose bed sizes. Based on my group size I requested one single bed and two double beds. At my arrival I received three single beds one looked like a rolled out bed with a mattress on top. I got food poisoning, caused me to stay a day and a half of my vacation in the room.

Really I was very impressed and satisfied from the resort very cozy all the staff are friendly and have a big smile and very respectful even the resort was about 100% full , there were no differences between Egyptian and foreign , the food was delicious and were variety of food , my room was 3215 and the responsible of the room service Hassan was very nice , the managers of the restaurant also I was satisfied and I will come back sure

the animation team I think they must make more activities and the night show must be more longer

The main desk wasn't when we were looking for tours and stuff to do. The agencies do that for them, but since we traveled there independently we had to find ourselves a solution. The buffet was nice and plentiful with everyday a "theme", however I couldn't really notice any significant thematically difference on the menu

Overall very positive experience. There is a well organised scuba diving station at the hotel that makes it very easy to do many dives.

Food was excellent. A lot of varities with good quality. This is the third time i visited Cleopatra Makadi and with repeater guest system, my room was upgraded for free and Spa was fantastic and it was also for free for the repeater guest, thanks to Mr. Mohamed A. Magd for his smooth check in and welcoming. Housekeeping was great. My room was very clean everyday. The hotel has a great landscape and spacious pools. A lot of sunbeds with enough distance between each others. I liked Konafa grilled in charcoal at night, it was amazing. My childrens liked the Floating aqua park. Strongly recommend the hotel, it was great value for money and sure i will arrange to visit it again.

Shows at night was not at the same level of the hotel. Animation team was good, but not like my previous visit since five years ago.

Very friendly staff. Delicious cuisine, you will not be hungry. Rooms are cleaned every day. Drinks are offered by the pool. There is food delivery to the room.I will recommend to friends. I recommend a transfer from the hotel. Clean and comfortable cars. The people working at the reception and in the restaurants are very friendly and will always help you.

Beach. Vast space, spacious room, stuff

Cleopatra is always our first destination when planning a trip to Hurghada. Food was always the best to be delivered during the stay. Unfortunate this time food quality and variety was at the lowest point during all of our stays . I would always wait the dinner for its great . May be cause this time the hotel was full of locals and I knew this well. Always quality varies if locals are the majority of guests although didn’t expect that from such an amazing hotel

The night party at the other hotel is very loud (till midnight), very basic cocktails in AI from local spirits, and the known brands are extremely expensive.
