Staff are very helpful, respectful, and responsive many thanks to all of them and especial thanks to Mr. Ehab(GM), Mr. Eltayb (Marrakesh) and Mr. Mohamed,There are about 11 restaurants ;food variety you can simply try different restaurant everyday, everything is well organised, you will be well served each and everywhere, everyone is looking to help you the best they can. Beach is sandy. You will definitely enjoy it, its a little bit far from the resort but you can take the bridge between the resort and the hotel. Blue restaurant on the beach, guys they are heros ! Don't worry about water they take care of it! Finally I'm glad we had the chance to stay there and we'll definitely make it again, keep it up!

Non, it was an exceptional stay 👌

My accommodations consisted of a four-night stay in a duplex room. The hotel staff was exceptionally supportive, particularly Mr. Zaki at the reception, who facilitated a smooth and efficient room check-in process. Additionally, Mr. Mohamed Taha, provided valuable & great assistance throughout all our stay. The dining options were impressive, offering a variety of cuisines and restaurants, with the Marrakech restaurant, exclusively reserved for adults, being a standout. The beach was pristine, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. In summary, the accommodations were generally great, but improvements in the ementioned areas would enhance the guest experience.

However, there were 3 areas where the hotel could improve. Firstly, the air conditioning in the lobby, reception, and main restaurant was inadequate, resulting in discomfort during meals and compromising our overall enjoyment. Urgent maintenance is recommended, especially in the main restaurant. Secondly, the Wi-Fi connectivity was limited to the lobby and was insufficient due to the high number of guests using it simultaneously, & there was neither an animation team nor any entertainment in the evening In summary, the accommodations were generally great, but improvements in the ementioned areas would enhance the guest experience. .

Great location with beautiful and magical surrounding atmosphere. Our room was on the top floor and spacious with a wonderful view. The food was delicious, with a huge variety of options. The staff were attentive, helpful and made us feel very welcome. Great cleaning service - Tarik! Hope to be back soon for a longer visit! 😎

The only thing that was annoying was Adele's songs in the morning... DJ please play some oriental chillout playlist insted. Thank you my friend! 😁 Please change the snack menu, local homemade dip dish and fruits wolud be better chioce (watermelon, banana, melon).

The Grand Resort has a lovely location. On arrival, we were greeted with a warm staff and informed about all the amenities offered. The hotel has a wide range of restaurants catering to different cuisines. The buffet has a nice spread in the main hall. During the stay, all our needs and requests were accomodated. We made a few visits to the pool and local beach which were also great. We had a late departure so they kindly extended our checkout time. Would definitely recommend this place to our friends and looking forward to making a return trip soon. It was a wonderful experience all in all.

The staff need more training and appropriate orientation to deal with customers especially in in all carte restaurant “Negma” House keepers are friendly but you need to ask for everything The hotel needs ice maker machine especially in the summer imagine having soft drink without ice in the summer time

The internet access was a problem; Beach was something far . However ; I would come again for sure

Close to airport, which was great for us, as we only stayed one night before travelling on to Luxor when the road opened in the morning An impressive hotel.

The man at check out was not that interested in us. We needed to leave quickly as our car was waiting, but he took a phone call from someone else halfway through checking us out.

Let me just start of by saying we have been here twice during one trip! The hotel and more importantly the staff were soooo nice! My husband had a big surgery done and the staff could not have been more caring. They continuously checked up on us, brought food to our room and even came to the hospital! They really made us feel welcomed and part of the family. We only as much as mentioned that the mattress wasn’t comfortable and immediately they brought a new one. They even offered us a free dinner at the Chinese restaurant which usually isn’t included. Anytime we called for any issues or requests they came straight away! The hotel itself was very clean, rooms are clean and food was delicious! You couldn’t really ask for anymore and those that complain about these things are expecting too much without being worth it. We just want to thank the hotel staff again for being so welcoming and attentive. They have single handedly made us want to come back just to the grand resort hotel. Do not pay attention to those that complain about minor things because they have OCD or other issues. I can assure you that you will enjoy every single second!

Absolutely nothing!

Close to the airport (you can book your taxi airport with booking for less than e5), food is varied but sometimes too salty, dried or sweet but there are a few restaurants so you will always find something to your liking. With the breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, late dinner, you can basically eat/drink all day! A bit difficult to get a spot at the pool (go very early), or just go to the beach, however be prepared to be harassed every few minutes with ppl selling you stuff. There are different companies for tours in the lobby, make sure to compare prices with outside agency and online (like booking). Some are incredibly expensive...also bear in mind you can always negotiate.

Free wifi only in lobby but very slow, sometime it is impossible to just load a song on YT. Wifi price starts from e5 per device and per day. Gym is across the street in the other hotel and you have to pay e3 per hour. Some staff/waiter only come to you if you tip them, if not they will just ignore you and go refill other guests instead. This happened to me at the restaurant and at the pool. Mattress in the room is too soft. Clients are mostly German, so many that even the staff speak German. I do not recommend this for solo traveler.

Breakfast was amazing. Have people cook for you in front of you. The beach area was really good. The location is good, you can do walks outside the hotel too and there is shopping close by. Lunch and dinners were great.

Things to improve, In a 5 star place and would have expected for us to have internet in our rooms. The furniture is string to look dated. The could be less sales orientated it felt annoying sometimes. Rooms are jow slightly dated, they need renovation. Other activities, having a games room.
