We loved the atmosphere! Beautiful garden, pool area! Wonderful sandy beach! Beautiful facilities! Very friendly, nice staff! Helpful reception, answering all questions, booking us our transfer from the airport. Tour agency on site, who helped us book Luxor day trip and snorkeling day trip.

Though this is a resort with private beach, outsiders constantly come inside and harrass you for you to buy something and / or book treatments / trips / etc with them. You can't have 5 minutes in peace at the beach or poolside, without anyone walking up to you. Free wifi is only available in the lobby and has horrible connection. If you want wifi accross the resort and your room, you have to buy a package for 1/3/or more days for 1 or 2 people to use. Connection with this is good, but it's not cheap.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the staff is excellent, always smiling. The rooms are large and the view is amazing , as well as the restaurants on the sea, are wonderful

There are no songs or music on the beach, the pool, or the bar. I had to play songs from my cell phone. The hotel is very quiet. The hotel needs songs and needs more activities.

All I like it in hotel 🏨 except booking.com you don’t show your commissions that you take 204$!!!! Hotel prices was clear taxes too except that commissions!!! Because I had better offers with low commission from iti Austria 🇦🇹 in the same hotel they are more cheaper then you and they show all prices in advance!!!!!!

We had the all inclusive package and booked here for 6 nights but only spent 4 days in total here due to travelling elsewhere in Egypt. Staff and check in: Special thanks to Mohammed in the buffet restaurant and Abdul at the front desk. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and make the experience of staying here even better. Everyone had a smile, a joke to crack and checked on us frequently. We had welcome drinks on arrival and were informed about all the restaurants available to us as well as WiFi etc. Location: The resort is just 5 minutes drive from the airport so you could actually walk or take an Uber there. There are so many shops and amenities nearby and banks for exchange, local markets etc. It’s also only 20 minutes from Hurgadah main city and you’re more likely to find taxis from the resort to wherever you want to go All inclusive: The food and drinks can get very repetitive here and the quality of the baked items like cakes is not great. We found them stale a few times. This isn’t just the resort but all over Egypt, imported alcohol is banned and costs extra to be sold in hotels and restaurants so you will get very watered down local drinks. We tried the A La carte restaurants the the sky view restaurant was lovely. There’s also a nightclub type bar which stays open until 3am and that was a major highlight for us. Pool and beach: There are enough beds and lounges by the pool because everyone is on the beach understandably and there is a swim up bar by the pool as well as service by the beach. There are also beach snacks etc to enjoy. I would recommend not taking the extra services on the beach for Shisha, massage, premium drinks because they are so much cheaper and better outside.

The air conditioner doesn’t work during winter and it can be quite hot at night, when you can’t cool off by the beach or pool so be aware of this. There are some electric air conditioner rooms available but they are very small and further from the reception area.

We chose the hotel for its reasonable price and Middle Eastern architecture, which certainly didn't disappoint! Arriving here is visually spectacular as the large domes on the corner of the main street really stand out. Then the welcome on arrival is amazing; the staff really go out of their way to make you feel like VIPs. The layout of the hotel works really well and makes meeting new people super easy, as each block has its own private pool area but if that's not for you then there is plenty of secluded areas that most people never visit (like the rooftop bar). The food was good at the buffet and provided a wide variety of options for each meal. Our room was large and inviting, well insulated and air-conditioned, and quiet and comfortable. There were plenty of pools and bars to choose from and the beach access was great.

The shower and sink didn't drain properly, which meant wet and dangerous tiles, which once dry created dirty floors. There is a red flag on the beach which supposedly denotes that you are not interested in being sold to, but this was not respected at all by the hawkers. Staff flirted with me excessively; one even hinted at solicitation..! The food served at the a la carte restaurants was well below the standard set by the buffet.

Staff were really attentive. Beds by the pools were a nice change compared to usual sun loungers. Pool itself was good as there were multiple. The room was a really good size, plenty of space. Good dinner options as there were multiple restaurants available each night. Ahmed at reception was really friendly and helped with all our queries throughout our stay.

Alcohol was watered-down which was really disappointing. Also there was a lack of atmosphere at night-music was quiet and limited. Entertainment was scarce and had to be paid for which is unfair as we were all inclusive. Did not see any daytime activities especially around the pool area eg water games/aerobics.

AMAZING stay. We stayed for 6 nights in one of the junior suite with access to the pool and everything was perfect. I work in the hotel industry and I can tell you that the whole staff has service in their hearts. When we left after 7 days it felt like leaving your own family. A special thank to Nader, Ibrahim, Islam, Fadi, Mohamed (our housekeeper), the manager of the buffet restaurant and all the young guys from the lobby bar and pool bar. In terms of food we were a bit afraid that an all inclusive in Egypt would be a bit disappointing but the food is overall very good, a lot of variety and there are 5 « à la carte » restaurant that allows to change from the buffet. The morning buffet is delicious, great egg station and the pancakes and waffles are delicious. The wine of course is not like in France, but that is of course totally expected and overall okay. For the cocktail a little improvement could be done for some bar tenders as sometimes you get very different cocktails depending on who makes it, but again, nothing terrible ! In terms of cleanliness the hotel is extremely clean, there is an army of people cleaning the whole pool / beach areas after sunset and the rooms are extremely clean. If we come back to Hurghada I would definitely stay there again and from what we’ve seen on site, it is definetly better than most of the hotels and big international brands. Go there without hesitating !

Spent 4 nights at this hotel, and all I can say is amazing. From the moment we checked in till the very moment we left they didn't disappoint. -Location is excellent ( about 10 mins from the airport ). there are many shops and super markets nearby. - Check-in went smooth with no problems and we were escorted to our room in no time. We stayed in a junior suite with direct pool access which was spacious, well furnished, clean and well air-conditioned. - Pool was clean but not heated. -Beach is sandy with clear water, and a full-time lifeguard on duty who is attentive to all guests at the beach area. -Food was great but could use some variety - Special thanks to the staff. Excellent hospitality, warm welcoming, eager to help you with whatever you need. Definitely recommended and would visit again

Food needs some more variation, but generally good.

The room was great with lovely comfortable King size bed. Restaurants were nice and main one had plenty of choice. Pool and pool area was nice. All the staff were so nice and friendly and tried to accommodate any request we had.

Although the food was nice it was just OK. Service around the pool was very slow. We would sometimes wait up to 30 minutes and a couple of times, the waiter forgot our order completely. The main bar was not suitable for non-smokers. A lot of people were smoking there so we tended to go to the upper bar.
