The room was modern, well maintained and clean and felt comfortable. The pool wasn't overly busy even on the holiday weekend, we were able to find seats. We throughly enjoyed the chophouse restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Great food and service in that spot.

Not a massive hindering however my spouse does have some mobility issues and I believe when booking or confirming our reservation we were not at least felt like we were directly informed that our booked room on the 2nd floor was not elevator accessible. We managed but it was simply something of note as we would very much recommend the facility. The beds were nice however I rated it only a "good" because it happened to be too stiff for our liking but that is very subjective.

Staff was phenomenal. A small issue when we first checked into our room and was attended to within 10 minutes and we were switched rooms. We were also made aware they submit a maintenance ticket to have the issue corrected. The security guard was amazing. He gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit and eat. We took his advice and had breakfast at Gustavs and it was amazing! The gentleman who checked us into the room was always above and beyond friendly. Very accommodating and informative. The on-site facilities are excellent. We didn’t get to use the pools but next time we will definitely plan to swim!

The room we were moved to was next door to laundry. 9am laundry wasn’t pleasant. I woke up in a panic thinking an airplane was coming down.

Beautiful property and building. The room is modern and comfortable with AC, microwave, fridge and keureg style coffee maker. Friendly staff and nice on-site restaurant. Free amenities and close drive to Collingwood. Lots of free parking on-site. Free fast wifi and comfortable beds.

Our room was in a high traffic area so you could hear noise from other guests in the hall. The room door wasn’t tightly fitted to the frame so a lot of light from the hall was let into the room. The toilet in our room was not secure to the floor and moved around when using it.

We absolutely loved everything about the resort itself, including Gustav's restaurant, and were very impressed by the friendliness of every single staff member. If not for the housekeeping situation, we would rate this place 4/4 across the board.

We were there for 4 days and housekeeping didn't service our room even once. After the 2nd night we asked to have room cleaned and we were only left a pile of clean towels ...not even the used towels were removed, garbages were overflowing, etc...very disappointing 👎

Suite was spacious comfortable and well laid out. Everything that was needed was there. Pool was heated and location of hotel was a 10 min drive to restaurants, grocery stores, blue mountain and more.

Exterior photo was misleading as it showed a waterfront. In actual fact it was a photo of a pond that used to be there, that was disappointing as we were under the impression it was close to the water. The outdoor pool was small and was shared with the condos in the surrounding area.

The location is excellent and the grounds of the hotel are amazing. Lots of areas to sit or have a picnic, as well as bbq facilities. Room was spacious and well appointed, as well as very clean. Everything seemed to have been updated, the bathroom was very good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Gustav restaurant is worth a visit. Food at dinner was great, steak done to perfection. Breakfast was also very good.

The only minor criticism is that I found the bed and pillows a little too firm.

Personnel was very helpful and kind. Especially security team - absolutely the best we’ve seen in our life. There was an incident at the pool where they had to make sure my son is not swimming alone - their work was done while being extremely polite, kind and attentive. Unfortunately we did not catch the name of the person - but that was absolute gem in terms of the service provided.

Jacuzzi (hot tub) could be nice. The water in the indoor pool was quite cold - so we had to use hot shower to get warm

Perfect ground floor walk out room to pool area. Travelled with young kids and had a playground as well. Hotel felt safe and not too busy. Also, thought it was great there was a BBQ you could rent to save money. Also, had microwave in the room as well as decent fridge; utilized both.

The only complaint is that the "sleep" itself was a bit uncomfortable. The bed was a bit tired and could use a new box spring or something of the sort.

It was a hotel with all facilities on site. Pool, fitting room, especially loved the bicycles and playgrounds. we booked suite it had everything we needed to feel at home.

A separate eating area designedly for kids where there isn’t alcohol being served nearby would be amazing. Also if breakfast was included in the packages, and pool had separate time slot for ladies and girls they would be more comfortable.

Location was great and the staff was very friendly. Room was nice and clean.

The heating system in the room. When it kicked on, it was fairly loud (comparing it to sitting on an airplane). Watching TV with it on, you would have to increase the TV volume. I can see it being a problem for people who can't sleep with any noise, because it would sometimes wake me up at night. It didn't bother me so much when I was awake, but it was a little annoying when you're trying to fall asleep.
