Ideal location for exploring Prague. Withinh 15 min. distance from most old & new towns attractions. Near a metro station, main bus terminal & central train station. Lot's of good close eating options. Room 419 was fitted for wheelchair use. Although very central the street is quiet. Breakfast buffet was generous and tasty. Front desk people were very kind and helpful.

The dinning room doubles at nights for social purposes - sometime with music and dancing. Not to my taste. Must add, this did not disturb the use of our rooms or the hotels services at all.

The room was very comfortable and the hotel was in a perfect location walking distance to everything. The staff were extremely friendly. We added breakfast to our booking last minute and were so happy we did. There was a great selection best being the Czech Sausage delicious.

Plumbing was a bit noisy during the night but that was just a small thing.

The location was good, everything in Prague was easily reached within a 10min walk including the transport links. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and beds so comfortable, we slept so well. Breakfast tasty and plentiful. Nice atmosphere in the bar. Quiet hotel - never heard any noise

The room was very small, only a small walk around space around the bed, put 2 suitcases in the corner and you literally have no space at all. The deco is OK - each to their own, very modern & industrial but dark and quite gloomy. I am in the travel industry - would I book my own clients here? - maybe not which is such a shame, but if I did I would inform them to expect a lack of space and almost prison like deco.

Fantastic hotel, amazing location just a short walk to Wenceslas Square, then on to Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and everything else that Prague has to offer. Trendy, arty, unusual rooms, loved having air conditioning and fully operational windows to give a full street view. Fridge was a bonus, rooms cleaned and refreshed immaculately every day. Full breakfast selection, in fabulously decorated area, loads of choice to please all tastes. Loved all the little extras such as chocolate peanuts, and best of all, the free selfie machine, oh my goodness, became a daily ritual! All staff very helpful, polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend the NYX!

Nothing springs to mind, perfect stay.

1. Hotel located in a fantastic location, walking distance 5-10 minutes, close to new/old city, you do not even need to use the metro or tram. Tram and metro stations almost across the hotel. 2. Staff in reception was very polite, and helpful to solve any problem. 3. Clean hotel. 4. We found the breakfast (and breakfast serving space) very satisfying! The people there were very polite, and they were cleaning fast all tables (we have a thing with hotels that are slow in cleaning tables, leaving the food there for ages!)

To those that have a “thing” with “confined” spaces, this is not the appropriate hotel for them : the walls in the room are painted with dark colors (grey-dark blue, black according to industrial style of the hotel), curtains also same dark color, and although the room is big enough (depending the type), in the eye it seems really small. You should book a suite instead that is bigger (but if you pay for a suite double the price, we are not sure if we recommend this hotel). Also the rooms overlooking the Main Street , do have a constant noice due to the tram (but it depends how much this is annoying for someone, for us it was not).

The rooms were clean and well equipped. The bed were super comfy. The hotel is really in the center, so it is no issue to get anywhere by foot for tourists and also to find your way back. The staff are really nice and they were really helpful when I lost my bag, to check the security camera footage if they can provide any help to find it. Receptionists - 10/10 Bartenders - 10/10

The only negative thing is that the doors are closing really loudly and all the rooms next to my were really noisy at night, also the sound of the tram was quite bothering sometimes. But still could get some nice sleep :)

The hotel was very close to all the shops and restaurants. It was our Anniversary and they had lovely treats and prosecco on arrival for us. The barman named Karel was so kind and made great cocktails. He let us name a new cocktail he made called the Amaranno to which has a sentimental meaning for us as we had got engaged that day and decided to mix both our names to call it Amaronno. Big breakfast. Lots to choose from. Staff were more than helpful. I'm glad we stayed there as it made our Amazing weekend away more special. The Hotel was lovely and clean, in a brilliant central location not far from the new town or old town. everything was in walking distance from the hotel. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

two very same issues we come across, the shower door was leaking so by the time you had had a shower there was a puddle of water in the bathroom. also the room was quite warm as the air con didn’t work sufficiently.

Great location, easy access to the city and to public transport. The staff were friendly and for a city centre hotel, it was good value. Great breakfast options for a reasonable price as well.

My only issue was that it is quite loud. The hotel is right near a tram line which continues through the night. Staying on a Friday night, there were doors slamming and easily heard voices until at least 4am, but this was the only downside.
