This is my second stay in Amathus beach hotel, but they never let me down…. Even though they provide the best quality of service, somehow the price is not arrogant! In Limassol we have several 5 star hotels but I am really sure this hotel is different from others. There are some hotels in Limassol which is almost same price as this hotel, but the service is not worth the 5star level. Others have great service too but the price is not welcoming people… And I really have no idea how come, but all of the quality of this hotel is in the different level. If you have never stayed here, I recommend you stay so that you can get how different this hotel is from others… If you are the owner of the other hotel in Limassol, you really should spy here and have speak with the manager of this hotel!

So increadibly nice garden! Very confortable swimming pools, some with salted sea water, very comfortable aqua slides for kids and cozy environment around. The beach was wanderful - clean water with some small fishes, no stones, only soft grey sand. No any issues with sunbeds - you always can find available near pool, or on the beach, or in the garden. The breakfast was really very good: fresh juices, good hot coffe on time (any kind), very big selection of different food. A bathroom amenities are very good quality. The hotel stuff is increadble - smiling, always ready to help. Very big compliments to hotel stuff - you are increadible, you can make every guest feel valued and appreciated!

I would recommend to select sea view room, as land view rooms can have some road noice during night. Land view rooms has no availability to open windows (may be because of road near by).

We visited in winter so enjoyed the use of the indoor pool and spa area. We also loved our sea view room with balcony, the restaurants and bar area and so was the amazing breakfast. We were also lucky with the sun so spent time by the outdoor pool too. But the best part was the wonderful staff who were always friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We felt very welcome and happy throughout our stay.

Nothing. Even after a storm when our room got a bit flooded with water coming through the balcony window, we were swiftly moved to another lovely room and looked after by the wonderful staff.

Great location by the beach. There is a long walk by the beach and great playground for kids nearby. Kids also enjoyed chess desk, table tennis and indoor play room. Breakfast is amazing. Food in the lobby bar is great. Sushi and cakes are exquisite.

We had a room without balcony so it was a bit stuffy. Indoor pool and spa is relatively small compared to the size of the hotel. We ended up sitting with 9 people in finish sauna which bit of squish squash. Staff is really great but they are going a bit over the edge in terms of service asking you too many times during meal if you are ok and if you need anything else. We appreciate the kindness and attention but sometimes it was too much.

Breakfast was outstanding, the kids club and the other kids facilities were just perfect. The room was great, unfortunately if one is traveling with kids(2 in our case) you will always get a room facing the road, we would have loved a sea view room but those don't have a sofa.... The garden with sun beds under the palm trees is idyllic. The hotel location, one of the only 5* hotels in Limassol with direct access to the beach, is ideal. The restaurants are very good, food was delicious, though a bit pricey. Last but not least, 10 points go to the staff. From check-in, to concierge, housekeeping, waiters and check-out they all have made our stay perfect. We will come back for sure!

great facilities especially for kids. The kids pool, buffet and club were fantastic! Moreover the staff was very kind and made everything to make our stay wonderful. it’s worth noting that the hotel is super clean !

the lack of choice for the Dinner Buffet. We do not eat meat and the meatless options were very limited. The noise of the construction next door

Very family oriented. The kids club was just lovely with all the ladies in their taking the best care of the kids with activities and fun games. I would really like to thank the ladies in the kids club for their outstanding work. My son really enjoyed his time there and wanted to be there more than in the pool even though that was so much fun with the slides as well. The complementary kids corner buffet is also a great idea. Beautiful nature, lovely ambiance, clean and stylish place. I cannot recommend this place enough

We had absolutely no issues. If I really have to find an issue then I would say that it did take quite a bit of time both in the lounge and at the beach for the waiters to come around.

We've had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived (with 3 small children) we were perfectly hosted. The hotel is clean and new, located right on the beach, divided into a kids area with a children's pool and water slides, a small playground Lovely kids' club and games on the beach and of course an adults area. The kids’ club runs every day until 19:00pm with games for all ages. Stephanie, Felicia and Anthi are adorable! they played with my two years old daughter for hours!!! (Thank you so much for your love.) The hotel staff is very professional ,always with a smile and a desire to help. They cleaned our room twice a day and always put chocolates on the table for the kids and bottles of water. Breakfast is excellent!!! The food is fresh, varied and rich We will definitely come back again, the kids had a great time and so did we

There are a few things that can be improved to make the experience perfect: The rooms are too small, they are clean and new, but a bit cramped The lighting in the room is problematic It is not possible to leave a small light, all lighting is controlled by one switch In the restaurant (kalypso) the children's meals were delicious, but the adults' meals need improvement

Beautiful hotel with well kept grounds and two small beaches nearby. Loved the children club which ran every day and gave us a few hours of quiet. We enjoyed the salt water indoor pool and heated outdoor pool. Sushi at the restaurant bar was also very fresh and delicious. Overall we thought it was a good standard hotel with excellent choice and good quality of food at breakfasts and dinners. One important thing for me was the pleasant smell (perfumed) at the lobby of the hotel which i loved. We would come back even though I don’t like to visit the same place twice but this hotel is worth coming back to.

Spa was very overpriced but loved the look of it. Location was very central, not a quiet idyllic spot but we sort of knew it when we booked.

Very nice, beautiful hotel. Room was big and clean, breakfast was good and tasty. Kids were more than happy here.

I didn't like at all animators in kids room. People are trusting their most precious asset- their kids to animators, and, i assume, its in their responsibility to take care of them. They were talking between each other, one of them was sitting in soft toys, talking on the phone and was trying to shush kids out.Zero attention to the children, not even a tiny try to play or entertain or a glance in kids direction. For such an amazing hotel such unprofessional people. Disappointed
