The lobby/lounge area was very well done except the chairs are too heavy and make a god-awful noise every time someone tries to pull them out, or push them back in again.

It’s really rundown. The wallpaper is peeling, the ceilings need to be redone, the carpet needs to be replaced… In our room, the desk chair was broken, two of the wall sconces/reading lights over the beds were broken, the toilet kept running. For the breakfast - the eggs were absolutely terrible, they were out of apple juice, out of hot chocolate, the water was lukewarm, so wouldn’t set the instant oatmeal.

The smell of marijuana throughout the hallways was rather pungent. I was under the impression it was a non-smoking hotel

Our room was comfortable and clean. The location was only minutes from the concert we attended & close to downtown, but far enough that it wasn’t chaotic. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It wasn’t a fancy hotel, but worth the cost & affordable.

The parking lot was full when we got back later at night because people parked taking up multiple spots. I wish there were more parking for people actually staying at the hotel. Seems it wasn’t monitored at all.

The breakfast was very good each morning. The staff was very friendly. And the overall hotel was clean and quiet.

I wasn't pleased with the cleaning service. Our room was not cleaned any day. We had to ask for service and clean towels. Our bed/ room was not changed or trash taken.

The location was perfect for downtown and the rooms were very comfortable. The desk staff was very friendly and took security/safety as a priority. I like how there are a host of restaurants across the street.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was our bathroom door did not lock in our room with having four people in there, but the rest was great.

The price was reasonable. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Location to downtown was perfect and in a safe part of town.

The hallways were dim and hot. The ice machine on the 5 floor where we were was broke. For some reason, our room had these big lamps with really big lamp shades. They made the tv look so small, and they got in the way.

The property was in a great location, surrounded by restaurants and shopping and right off main roads. All was clean, though the bathroom floor could use a mop. It was a bit sticky. The breakfast was excellent! Each employee we encountered was more than kind.

The mattress was horrible. It was like trying to sleepy on a crumbling cardboard box. With that said, I truly couldn’t sleep due to the discomfort.

The whole place smelled clean constantly, from lobby, elevator, to the room. The rooms were nice and clean. Good size rooms. The beds and pillows were sooo comfortable. The location was really good. Stores and restaurants were close by even walking distance if you wanted to. Breakfast was decent nothing to fancy but it was good. Def really good for the price, it was on the cheaper side compared to other hotels but it was still offer quality service and facility.

Though the breakfast wasn't horrible, there could be better/other hot food options.

Breakfast was ok. Nothing special except the coffee which was available all day - THANK YOU !! Rooms were very clean even the carpets. All the staff was helpful and friendly. Pool area was enjoyed by the kids and it too was clean and secure. Found the rooms were quiet and comfortable. It was close to the museums, which is why we booked at this Comfort Inn.

Found a number of room keys through out the parking lot of the hotel.

It was awesome, supper confy and private, the best waffles of all time.

No 24 hour decaf made me feel discrimination towards people with heart problems🤣. Really miss the decaf at night. Also no safe on room.
