I loved everything about my stay. I truly enjoy a place where I can relax and have a sense of peace. From the time I checked in to the room and the food and bar. Everyone and everything was perfect I will be letting my clients know about this if they ever pass through Greenville.

My stay was short due to handling business, but I will return. Bookings messed up my form of pay but after contacting them the hotel got it straightened out. They were absolutely professional and it was not their fault Bookings messed up. Awesome Customer Service.

The breakfast is always superb . The breakfast staff are always pleasant especially the lady who makes the omlettes .Tracy at the front desk was very nice and made sure we had what we needed . The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows need and upgrade .

The pillows need updating And the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Online it stated premium rooms come with unlimited snacks whatever they have on the floor . Well that isn't true . You get a bag per night stay with a couple bags of chips , pack of nuts and like 3 beverages . We had 4 people in our party so it wasn't enough . You need to list the accurate premium snack policy so there won't be any miscommunication.

The location was great. Nestled back off the main strip it felt like your own little world. The staff was extremely friendly and enjoyed their jobs. Happy workers are more inclined to pass it on. As always the breakfast was fantastic. It never gets old. Jay and Helen both deserve raises for going above and beyond to make my stay fantastic. They exceeded my expectations.

I discovered the Embassy Suites back in 92 and have been hooked ever since. Much has changed over the years which is to be expected but never did I think pets would be allowed. I'm a dog owner and love pets, however, I think the Embassy Suites dropped the ball on this one. I know it's all about economics and making money but I don't like staying with animals. There's always going to be in the back of my mind did a dog or cat piss here or did a dog or cat piss there? And everyone does not clean up like they're supposed to. That's my only downfall.

I enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful and quiet. The staff was helpful and very informative. The young man who helped me check in assured me and made me feel safe by NOT verbally informing me of my room number. Instead, he insisted that I would find my room number inside the envelope of the room key. The next morning, the attendant at the front desk was very polite and friendly as she helped me adjust a late check out on my room. All in all, I appreciate the service, the pleasant environment and the employees who took their time to make sure I enjoyed my stay.

as soon as we walked thru the doors we felt very welcoming ..the property is beautiful for the price soo affordable .. the pictures give no Justice to this place ,we stayed for a week but I wished it was a lil longer location is perfect the surrounding areas are beautiful and everything looks new the breakfast was delicious and so much variety and a omelette chef 👩‍🍳… like wat else can u ask for .. this hotel for the price u will never find something like this..next time we come to Greenville u bet we gonna stay here again…

This is a big beautiful hotel. It was perfect for a little birthday get away for my daughter and her friends. With an indoor pool, spacious room with adequate privacy, delicious breakfast buffet and on site dining, it was great.

It was a bit crowded. You get drink vouchers but the line is so long, you'll lose time just trying to get your complimentary drinks. The dining area was only half open so we decided to eat outside at one of the tables. However, because of this, it was considered "to-go" at which they tack on 15% gratuity. Not to mention, the lady taking my order was just sort of rude. Lastly, the pull out sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Overall though, none of this would keep me from coming back. It was still a great experience.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were all so kind and helpful. The front desk was great to work with and I appreciated all their help in checking in and getting me into the right room and being understanding when running into some booking errors. AC and Erica were the best! The breakfast was really good and the best you will get at any hotel, especially one that’s included. The omelette’s were really good! Even the “waitstaff” who collected up the plates were super kind and friendly and made every morning bright with their kindness.

Some of the rooms could have been a little cleaner in some areas. There were a few things that may need repair or addressing like a tub that didn’t drain right in our first room.

Staff was excellent. Because Brittany and Austin were so friendly during the busy complimentary lounge welcome hour, we changed our travel plans and chose to stay an extra night. First time we ever did that!! We will be back. And Greenville is a wonderful, vibrant town to visit too. 😀

There was a fellow who claimed to have a service dog, that clearly was not wearing a vest or collar identifying the animal and clearly was NOT a valid service dog. He ruined our breakfast when he refused to keep his dog out of the food area. His wife was there and could have helped her husband getting food to the table area. The dog was fine in the seating are but did not belong in the buffet area. Many guests complained. The dog owner was very rude to staff, and because of his attitude ruined a great breakfast for all of the rest of us guests. The staff handled it well. The guest was just loud and obnoxious and continued to loudly protest, being both uncooperative and disruptive. Hope he is not there tomorrow.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very professional and friendly. The suite was also beautiful.

When I arrived I was informed that my reservation could not be found. After further research my room was given to another customer. My initial rate for the first reservation was $160.38 that was the total price including tax. I felt that under the circumstances with my booking being given to another customer I should have been given a better rate for the second booking. I ultimately ended up paying $170.32 and I was also charged $5.00 for parking. I did not have a vehicle.

Selection was great. Cook, for cook to order, was awesome. Cleanliness was exceptional in the room and on the premises. All personnel were friendly, curious, and helpful. Front desk quick. Location perfect.

Charging for parking in an open parking lot with open access from the street is very, very tacky and poor business. It's like we don't want to raise the room prices, so let's pick something we can charge a fee on. I don't know what idiot came up with this idea. If it was valet parking, that's another story, but flat open parking of the street, stupid. Just add $5 to the room fee, and you will be more respected by the customer. Can you tell this is a real sore point?
