I have stayed at Rodeway Inn every month on and off for a year. I find the staff to be very accommodating and friendly. The location is very convenient to everything I need.

This time I find housekeeping to be very lacking. I make the bed every morning before I leave except for the days I need the linen changed. The linen was not changed all 7 days I was there even though I left the bed unmade for the last 4 days. On the weekend the bed was still the same I left it when I left it when I returned that afternoon, on both days. The trash was still in the trash pan so I know no one has even been in the room. I was really disappointed.

The location is great. Near to all the necessary businesses and a block away from the metro rail station. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to City Hall and Police station, and fire station in case there is an emergency.

Some guests were very loud and didn't seem to care about anyone trying to sleep. Also it is listed as a no smoking facility and there were some guests smoking on the balconies and parking garage. As one with allergies this bothers me.

Check-in and check-out were flawless. Morning beverages were very good except for the lack of cream for the coffee. (maybe I should have asked) Another guest told that she went to a store and bought her own milk. When we checked out we were permitted to leave our baggage in a locked room so we could explore Miami a little, that was HUGE! The bed was wonderfully comfortable. When someone in the lobby was acting unruly, the manager in charge handled the situation admirably and nothing major happened. (late morning May13th, 2022)

The hair dryer was not working and we came very close to an emergency. The elevator worked but just barely. The doors had a hard time closing and opening. It might need servicing. The internet was very slow in the evening. Luckily it was not urgent but it made our stay a little less relaxing. The television did not work at all. (who even watches TV anymore though, right?!) For a working traveller the workspace in the room was lacking and I did not know there was any other option. There was an episode with an unruly "wannabe" guest. Police were called. Nobody played the piano. Would have been nice.

They created a tremendous drama for the issue of the deposit and even today more than 10 days ago they still have not refunded the deposit to my account. Really 100 dollars is nothing, but it is my money and in the same way that I gave it to them they should return it It's a shame that details like that damage the rating of such a good hotel

I loved it because I am going through some life issues and it was a haven of peace and tranquility for me.

Clients not supposed to pay for parking , it should be giving to every client.

Beds felt that needed to be sanitized.. Felt itches in the body as bugs crawling.. Too loud noise as we were still sleep by the cleaning team as well the do not disturb sign was place but as we were there the door was opened. But for the rest everything was great. The young employee a gentleman staff at the front desk was very attentive and fast. Male staff was owesome. I highly recommend the hotel. Thank you. God bless you all.

I stay in this hotel a half dozen times a year. It is a comfortable place at a reasonable price and cleaned by a polite and dedicated staff. However, I am yet to meet pleasant check-in staff, especially at night.

I experienced a very unusual situation and the staff was very accomodating. I really appreciated their understanding. Thank you.

I gave this property a chance although all the bad reviews that were written that it is comfortable a nice big room yes they can be updated a little bit but overall it gets the job done they had a great receptionist that helped us on both days we were here her name was neydi and she was attentive and helpful
