Great. Roomy.

Wanted to charge us for remote batteries when the remote STOPPED WORKING. We banged on the remote and nothing happened so we removed batteries and put them back in and it worked. If staff would have said to bring remote to them - no ---- buy more batteries she said. $ 5 for 2 batteries if we had bought them.

Very friendly and helpful desk clerk at check in. However desk clerk in AM, should NOT be in Hospitality business.

The room was nicely appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities worked well and the staff was very friendly. It is in a quiet area not too far from where everything is and the free breakfast was better than expected.

One of the hot breakfast items was ice cold and gave us food poisoning. The cleaning staff did not pay attention to detail and left the previous guest’s hair all over the bathroom. We also found a live roach behind one of the towels. The last day of our stay the iron died. There was disappointed in the details but the collective execution of our experience was great!

It’s a modern building compared to other options around that area. Also, offered free parking and free breakfast every day from 6-9am. Room was an ok size for 2 people. Bed was super comfy. Enough towels. 20 min away from Historic area.

Breakfast was ok, not the best. By 8am, you might not get any more refills in eggs. There is only one person in charge of the kitchen area so it gets really slow to get anything refill. Room service won’t come into your room unless you leave the little sign outside (which we did to come back to our room still messy and realized someone changed the sign we left at the door for Make up Room, and flip it to Privacy)

Very clean; most of the staff friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Loved the products in the bathroom. Loved there was no carpet in the rooms.

Would have preferred a juice dispenser at breakfast as opposed to pitcher filled with juice. Also, they served "tang" rather than orange juice. Milk was also hard to find for the cereal. Also more "to-go" options would be nice like yogurt cups, bananas, oranges (they only had red apples), and maybe some granola bars. Did not like the $150.00 "security deposit". Have NEVER been charged something like that at a hotel.

Walls/floors not well insulated. People above us came in at 12:30 am and we heard the door slam and then sounded like a herd of elephants above us for an hour

It was easy to find Glo off the interstate yet far enough away that I didn't hear any of the traffic. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help!

It was easy to hear my neighbors. I was tired from work, but I popped in my earbuds and was able to drift off to sleep. I wish I could have had some of the free breakfast. The time was always just a little too late to eat before I had to be at the 7:15am conference start. It looked like there were several good options.

Location good, breakfast was below expectations.

Room was noisy the people next door could be heard plain as day talking like they were in the room with you. I think through the bath vents. Very bad.

front desk check in person was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional, she is a great representative for the hotel. Thanks

the front desk check out person refused to print a checkout invoice. strange because Booking.com said its the responsibility of the hotel to print a receipt. we visited 6 hotels on our travel home and yours was the only hotel to refuse to print a checkout invoice. Poor customer service.

The staff at any location are a key make or break element of a comfortable stay. I'm sorry I did not get the name of the excellent young lady who checked me in, but she spoke to me in a way that made me feel welcome, and essentially was the first impression / positive face of the hotel. Definitely the right person to be welcoming guests.

Hmm... The breakfast was a welcome offering, and I certainly was grateful for it as I launched into my long day south of Savannah. With that said, and these are just details, had the food been warmer it would have been better.
